Introducing Brightside, located one block from the intracoastal and just a stone's throw from the beach, you'll enjoy hearing the calming sound of ocean waves while relaxing on the front porch swings and deck chairs.

Inside there are three bedrooms and two full baths, with an open floor plan connecting the spacious living room and eat-in kitchen. With a gated porch and a fenced-in backyard, little ones and pets can play safely indoors or out.

There is a king-sized bed in the main bedroom, which is equipped with its own Roku TV and full bathroom. The second bedroom features a comfortable queen-sized bed, while the third bedroom is ideal for kids and teens with a single-over-double bunk bed and a trundle bed that pulls out from underneath.

The laundry room has a washer/dryer, and a second full bathroom nearby. Clean bed linens are provided in all rooms and will be neatly folded and placed on the beds prior to your arrival.

The front of the house has a large gated porch with two porch swings and three patio chairs, and is cooled by two large ceiling fans. The house is pet-friendly (with a two-dog limit) and pets are given easy access to the fully-fenced backyard. The driveway offers ample parking, and doubles as a pickleball/badminton court (net, rackets etc are included). The side yard offers additional parking and a nearby hose, convenient for boaters. The backyard also has a charcoal grill available for your use, and a second hose near the side entrance, helpful for rinsing off sand after a day at the beach.

Your stay also includes free use of beach towels, beach chairs, a cooler, a Bluetooth-enabled portable speaker, and a beach umbrella. The living room features a Roku TV with local TV channels and sign-in access to your Netflix, Prime, Disney, and Hulu accounts. Music fans will love the Bluetooth-enabled portable speaker, with AM/FM radio and the ability to sync with both iPhone and Android. The house also offers excellent WIFI. You'll access the house by entering your unique door code into the smart lock, while a single external security camera provides additional security.
