The Hunter Mountain House is a chalet-style retreat located just 2-minutes from the Hunter slopes, secluded on 3 private acres surrounded by nature with vast mountain views.
Curated with the comforts of home in mind, we've equipped this mid-century escape with hotel-style amenities to enhance your getaway. Throw on one of the fluffy white robes, brew a mug from the fully stocked coffee bar, play some vintage records by the fireplace, and soak in the outdoor hot tub.
All pets are welcome.

The Hunter Mountain House is your place to immerse yourself in nature with plenty of hiking, swimming, and summer activities, yet perfect for those who want to retreat to a property that you don't even need to leave to have a good time.

We pride ourselves on comforting added luxuries including comfy bath robes to use as you make your way to and from the outdoor hot tub, a thoughtful welcome gift, and useful pantry items to make your stay as easy as possible. We've even included a telescope to watch the miraculous night sky, hardly polluted by light. We've watched hundred of shooting stars from the property!
