THE SPACE

Experience the unique charm of Windham Pine Chalet, with amenities like a fully equipped game room, hot tub, fire pit + indoor woodburning stove, and ample living spaces. The property is ideal for groups looking for both relaxation and adventure, providing a comfortable and stylish atmosphere to unwind after a day on the slopes or exploring the Catskills.

MAIN FLOOR

The main floor is where everyone comes together. You’ll walk into an open-concept living and dining area with soaring ceilings, rustic pine walls, and a stone fireplace perfect for late night conversations about the important things. Kick back on the plush velvet sleeper sofa and stream your favorites on the Smart TV.

The kitchen is fully stocked for whatever’s on the menu — With an electric stove, a full-size fridge, dishwasher, coffee maker, blender, and plenty of counter space to spread out and get cooking. There’s a custom dining table that seats 8, plus 4 stools at the island.

On this floor you’ll also find the first bedroom, featuring a king bed with luxe linens, a ceiling fan, a Roku TV, and a private en-suite bath with a full tub/shower combo. Right off the kitchen is the mudroom, perfect for storing gear and grabbing towels before you head out to the hot tub.

UPPER LEVEL

Upstairs, you’ll find a quiet loft area that doubles as a workspace and extra lounge zone. There’s a quaint workspace, a pull-out couch for 2, and another Roku TV with a DVD player for movie nights away from the crowd.

There are two more bedrooms on this level, both with bunk setups designed for kids or young-at-heart adults. One has a twin bed + a twin-over-twin bunk, and the other a full bunk setup. We recommend the top bunks for younger or lighter guests (under 150 lbs). There’s also a second full bathroom with a stand-up shower right nearby.

LOWER LEVEL

Downstairs, it’s game time! The game room is stocked with a pool table, foosball, and air hockey, plus pub tables for drinks and snacks between rounds. There’s a queen bedroom with a comfy futon for bonus sleeping space, and a full laundry room with washer/dryer and all the supplies you’ll need.

OUTDOOR SPACE

The backyard was made for relaxing. There’s a patio with string lights, a bubbling hot tub, and a propane BBQ grill for family feasts. End your nights around the fire pit roasting marshmallows, swapping stories, and taking in views of the stars.

We’ve got high-speed WiFi throughout the house, streaming TVs in several rooms, air conditioning (seasonal), central heat, and an EV charger with a J1772 head (Tesla owners: bring your adapter!).
