Open concept living, dining and kitchen on the main level and a large family room on the lower level. Ample outside living on the deck right of the main living area where you can enjoy a nice meal from the gas grill or relax on the couch and enjoy the stars at night. Some of the nice amenities include Wi-Fi, one cable tv and one wi-fi tv, washer / dryer, ceiling fans & wall fans, ample parking for cars and water toys. Enjoy the amenities that the community of Suissevale has to offer including a playground, tennis court, basketball court, area for fishing and large beach & boat launch. Close by are a number of hiking trails, golf course, and restaurants.

PLEASE NOTE: As of 2022, the Suissevale Association no longer allows tenant use of the association beach on Saturdays. Instead, the property owner will provide a beach pass to the nearby State’s Landing Beach for guest use. Parking is available at State’s Landing Beach. Guests are able to enjoy the Suissevale Association beach on all other days during their stay except Saturday.

If you would like to rent linens for this property the cost is $75 for sheets and $12 per person for towels. If you would like to have the beds made, the fee is $8 per bed.
