Linens, dishes and cookware provided. Ceiling fans, heat, A/C, 3 TV's (Samsung TV in living room with full streaming capabilities - bring your passwords!), high speed WiFi Internet, screened in patio lanai.

Clam Bayou Nature Reserve Park is just steps away from your front door (private gate with access key in unit). Enjoy long walks in a Nature Reserve! Bicycle/walking trail to Gulfport (2.5 miles away). Waterways with manatees, dolphins, birds, fish, and other wildlife. Very scenic.

Bermuda Bay Beach & Racquet Club Condos are located in a central area with so much to do! Swimming, tanning, shelling, volleyball, fishing, tennis / pickleball courts (bring your own equipment), playground, picnic areas, shuffleboard (equipment provided, all we ask at that you clean up after play), putting green (bring your own equipment), walking, jogging, sunset watching, dolphin watching, bird watching, boating, snorkeling, fishing, water skiing, jet skiing, club house. Nearby beaches, biking, parasailing sailing, shopping, sightseeing, food, fast food, church, entertainment, arts, etc.

Nearby Pinellas Trail, hosts 47 miles of pavement to walk, run, bike, jog, or roller blade from downtown St. Petersburg to Clearwater! Golfing minutes away. Area hosts concerts, plays, museums, art shows, etc. Close to everything. 4.5 miles to Downtown St. Petersburg, and all the great restaurants it has to offer.

13% Florida Occupancy Taxes & Fees detailed when checking out. $100 Association mandated application fee, and $10 parking permit fee per car (both fees payable directly at association office)
$1500 refundable security deposit

House Rules:
Sorry, no smoking anywhere in my property. No parties, No events. No pets. (Service pet may be allowed AFTER completing Board Application, fees apply). Please respect the locked “private” closets.

NOTE: Currently there are balconies under construction on adjacent condominiums, but this work does not affect this townhouse.
