Admire majestic mountain views from your exclusive furnished deck. The home's interior is appointed with wood-paneling and rustic cabin decor. If you want to host a fun family dinner, there's a well-equipped full kitchen and a country-style dining table. On chilly evenings, grab a blanket and watch some cable in the living area while the wood stove crackles nearby.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Amazing views! Great condo with plenty of space, great location, and the view from the deck is unbeatable. Nothing fancy. Older condo that looks dated, but it was comfy and clean.

Frat Room

If you are just looking to stay close and no bells or whistles and just need a crash pad. This is it. Step back into the 70’s & 80’s. Place just needs some love.

Hot water

Property was great except having hot water seemed to be a challenge. Ski In/Ski out was perfect. During our time there we got 18" of new snow!

Incredible view & location, very old condo

This location was perfect, we loved the view, and it was cozy and clean Hot water ran out very quickly, kitchen cooking tools really need to be updated There’s carpet in the bathroom and dining area, wallpaper is peeling in various places. Otherwise it was a great place to stay! Just really needs some updates overall.

Ski in ski out

Great location to the ski mountain which we really enjoyed. The condo needs work. Everything is totally outdated and some things are glitchy. For example, one bathroom had the hot water handle on the right. The pots and pans are minimal for cooking. There are very few outlets. So we enjoyed our stay but know that everything is old and outdated.

Great mountain view from the balcony...liked this place a lot. Great location for Purgatory/Durango/Silverton activities. Be aware that this is an older unit and more like a cabin in the mtns v/s a new modern condo so if that's what you are looking for this is it. Also per another review the dining table chairs are falling apart so watch that. ☺️. Hot water went out one evening but contacted Vacasa and they had it back on in an hour so I can attest to them being responsive to any issues unlike other reviews I saw here.

Stuck in the 90’s

The view and location are top notch, unfortunately it gets worse after that. There has been no effort or improvements made in this property in a very long time. From peeling wallpaper, carpet burns and cooking pots with little or no nonstick surfaces left you question if the owner has visited the property in the past 20 years. Mauve and turquoise are two colors I have not seen in a house in a very long time. Three stars because it was clean, convenient and met my needs for a quick ski trip. You will not impress a girlfriend or spouse with this one.

Nice Space, Enjoyable Trip

Nice space for our family, we enjoyed being so close to the slopes. Queen bed comfy, twins not so much. Couches not comfy, nor sleeper bed. A can opener would have been helpful, used bottle opener and only came out w/ one cut. Pots dirty, large pasta pot actually rusty and coating coming off. Glad my kids know how to talk to remotes or we wouldn't have figured volume control on TV, it only goes down to 25, so hope no complaints from downstairs. Small shower - post msg that hot is to the right - save water from figuring it out. Ice at bottom of the stairs, we put handfuls of dead pine needles on to help w/ slippery walkway. Really needs some love and attention. Lots of suggestions so you have the feedback. Enjoyable trip, we appreciated the space for our short vacation. Thank you

The unit was clean with wonderful views of the Needle Range. Still, furnishings are dated. Unpleasant odors coming from the kitchen drains. TV remote should be replaced as several buttons were unresponsive. There is no thermostat to control temperatures. Instead there are dials on most of the electrical radiators. Driving directions from Google Maps may work during summer months but not when the ski lifts are operating during the season. Head up to the lodge and connect to Shoul Street via Skier Place.
