Nestled in a quiet older neighborhood close to FSU and FAMU, this home is a great place for building family memories during college visits or sightseeing in our state’s capital. Comfortable beds and lots of activities from the fire pit to darts and more! Must see to believe.

Fully equipped kitchen and outdoor gas grill. Open air dining in a screened porch with ceiling fans. There’s a roomy deck where you can enjoy your morning coffee as you listen to the birds. It’s like a treehouse in the middle of a neighborhood that’s tuck away near the football stadium.

Walking distance to the stadium and College Town. Less than a mile from FSU and FAMU campuses.

If I could give this property ten stars, I would! Amazing host, location, and home. We could not have asked for a better vrbo. Cozy on the inside and has a great outdoor space. We all truly enjoyed it! And the big bonus… just a short walk to Doak Campbell Stadium. Thank you again and we can’t wait to come back!

The owner was very attentive and engaged before, during, and after our stay. The location was very close to the FSU campus which was perfect for us getting to all the graduation events we were attending. The residence is very well stocked to the point that it was a bit overstocked. The master bedroom has no closet and the chest of drawers in the room was over filled with a lot of extra towels and linens. This made unpacking a bit of a challenge since drawer space was limited. Overall we had a great stay, and the location not could have been better for our purposes.

We were very comfortable during our stay. We found the home to be very well appointed. There were even extras included, such as breakfast snack bars. I highly recommend this property for anyone visiting the area.

We found the Seminole She Shack to be peaceful and private! Plenty of room with lots of space for enjoying various activities.

I had to leave another VRBO because it had roaches. After one night in a hotel, I was lucky to find this place last minute. The owner was communicative, check-in was a breeze, the property was clean, and it had everything you could need for a VRBO stay.

Perfect Location & Weekend Getaway

Up visiting son at FSU, and could not ask for a more convenient location. Well laid out 3-bedrooms with all the amenities needed for a weekend getaway. Nice yard with a cool back porch. Communication was clear, timely and very friendly. Hope to be back for Parents Weekend this Fall. Highly recommend.

Wonderful Host with the perfect cottage close to FSU

Lauren was a great host and made sure everything was perfect for our stay. The cottage is close to campus and has enough space for our family to relax and unwind. The cottage was well-appointed and had everything you need for a short or long stay. We will definitely stay again!

Perfect 3 BR cottage nestled in the Tallahassee trees

This home is great with a large screened porch, deck, fire pit, outdoor table, very clean and with lots of amenities. The owner is easy to work with and communicates quickly. Very close to FSU and Doak Campbell stadium. Highly recommend!

Perfect Place for family visiting FSU students

Family weekend

We had a wonderful weekend in Tallahassee playing darts, grilling dinner and reading/napping in the sun on the deck. Lauren was an amazing host and the house had everything we needed to spend some quality time with our daughter.

Perfect location

Such a comfortable and lovely spot for our college tour. This place is so perfectly located close to both of the major colleges in a quiet street. Outdoor space was great for us to connect as a family at night. The host is communicative, welcoming and made organizing our accommodation easy.

Love this FSU home.

We stay here whenever we can when we visit. Close to Doak and College town, great house to hang out. Had my son and his roomates and friends over to grill out etc. Great process, lovingly cared for...5stars

Comfy pet friendly house near stadium

Thank you so much for allowing us to stay at your home. It was perfect! The outdoor space was our favorite. The dogs loved the fenced in back yard. We loved the outdoor deck and the outdoor table and dart board. Easy walk to FSU campus. Great communication with owner. We will be renting here again in the future.

Perfect Tally House

A group of friends and I rented this property for a wedding weekend. It was exactly what the pictures show. The house was very clean, and the beds were very comfortable. We enjoyed playing darts on the porch. This location is incredibly close to FSU.

Nice home

The house was clean and kitchen very well stocked. Great bicycling to campus and cascades park so bring your bikes. Good restaurants such as Madison Social, Bowdens, Harrys. Quiet during week but weekends the kids behind the house were partying but always quit by 11pm. Bring white noise such as fan just in case. The darts were very fun as well.
