This 1/2 acre corner lot has a lot to offer your family. A 2400 sq. feet craftsman style ranch home is the perfect spot. Two living areas w/ smart TV, two dining areas. W/D and stocked kitchen. 6 beds and 3 baths w/plenty of space. Outdoor patio w/grill and area for kids to play. Bounce house/slide available for extra fee. Over-sized Circle drive w/access to 2 car garage. NO SMOKING OR PETS

Right in the heart of Tulsa. Close to downtown, Brookside, Utica Square, Gathering Place, Museums, Riverside, Expo, St Francis, Walk to Sprouts/CVS.

Spacious, clean and secure home for your family. Circle drive has plenty of room for parking and even a trailer.

Master suite offers a comfy King. The second bedroom offers a queen bed with attached full bathroom. The third bedroom is a kids room with twin bunk beds and an additional full bed. The fourth room is a twin daybed with a twin on top and twin on bottom (not pictured) as well as a full air mattress available.

Baby Pack and Play and high chair available.

Quiet, safe and secure neighborhood right in the heart of Tulsa. Minutes away from restaurants, grocery stores, splash pads and parks. Easy access to major highways. ***GARAGE WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE STARTING NOV 2023***

Driveway allows for easy in and out. Great sized living room big enough to fit a play yard if you want to contain the kids. Also easy enough to block off the living room to contain the kids without a play yard. Had a couple baby/toddler toys, books and crayons along with a high chair. Kitchen was well stocked for our needs.

We enjoyed out stay

We enjoyed our stay. The house was spacious and clean. The reason I provided 4 stars for cleanliness is because the grill outside was not cleaned other than that the property was well kept and in a great neighborhood. We would definitely stay here again.

Great house

Came in to town for the horse show and the house was only 5 min away. Communication with the property manager was great, very responsive. Perfect size house for us. Would stay there again.

Great stay

We rented the house with a large family group for a couple of days. The house worked out great! Plenty of sleeping space, bathrooms and room to hang out together. Kids enjoyed the old school nintendo! Only hick up was the entrance code, but Callie was great in helping us out. Will definitely come back!

Large Group

We enjoyed our stay here, the house is just as pictured. We had 10 people stay for a week. Lots of space. Large driveway that we could park our truck and trailer plus an additional car. Great communication with Callie. We would stay here again.

Tulsa trip

We were in town for homeschool speech and debate tournament. We didn’t spend much time at the home. The listing online was a little unclear about rooms but we worked it out. The “game room” is actually one of the bedrooms. Over all we had a great trip and we would stay here again.
