This cottage house is a blend of classic and modern dimensions where you can watch the waves of Lake Simcoe from sunrise to late afternoon on the front patio and the moments of the sunset while sitting on the back patio watching the green backyard. You will enjoy cooking in a modern-style kitchen equipped with a smart fridge/freezer and other appliances you need. siding the kitchen is a resting space that has a TV, Library, and light games. Extra pluses include close proximity to Alcona's main beaches and parks and steps away from Innisfil shops and restaurants. Modern smart splits installed throughout the house including all bedrooms make you feel comfortable with a pleasant temperature. All these features are gathered in a calm and secure building.

Superb Hospitality

My three young adults son, daughters and their partners stayed with us for long weekends at this lovely house. We enjoyed so much that three days went by so quick. Mossa and Mina were excellent in supporting all our needs, including warm welcome and providing extra help. All amendments were neatly prepared and provided. House was cleaned and well equiped in every espect. Innisfil beach was walking distance and very accessible. Special thanks for Nexpresso and very very comfy beds. We will definitely come back here for another great vacation. Thanks again Mossa and Mina

It is close to the water and swimming beaches, public parks, playgrounds, trails, and rural sceneries. It is close to highways northward and southward with a 1-hr-drive distance from the heart of Toronto.
