Welcome to our charming Lake Simcoe waterfront cottage, the perfect spot for a relaxing retreat or outdoor adventure—just a short drive from Toronto, Mt. St. Louis and Horseshoe Valley!

Spacious, open-concept kitchen, dining, and living area

Private lakefront with room to relax, play, and take in the view

Walking distance to a sandy beach and park with a playground

Comfortable outdoor seating by fire pit for evening s’mores and lakeside chats (use responsibly)

Large pation with dinning set, The patio umbrella on the porchhas should be closed down every evening

Minutes to a boat launch—great for boating enthusiasts.
Boats are not recommended to leave overnight at the dock.

Beautiful property !

We had a lovely time. We stayed with 2 adults and 3 kids aged 6-10 Lots of space for everyone. The cottage was very clean. The property is beautiful. Tons of outdoor space. A great park nearby for the kids! It was a quick walk, with a sandy beach. Kids had a blast playing. Property management was very responsive and pleasant to chat with. Highly recommend overall.

The cottage is clean, beautiful with a peaceful view of the lake. The kitchen is fully equipped and very clean. The smart TV with all the apps is really helpful specially when you travel with kids if all of a sudden they ask for their favourite cartoons. We did canoeing and swimming in the front lake. We used our boats to go to the sand beach which is a few minutes walking distance. The host is amazing, providing all the necessary information upfront and responding instantly whenever we needed assistance. I definitely recommend this place: it’s clean, cozy, and offers effortless beach access for a truly relaxing getaway.

Perfect Getaway by the Water

My husband and I had a wonderful stay at this cottage during the third week of May 2025. The serene location, nestled in a peaceful area with easy access to nature trails, was perfect for unwinding.
