The cozy fireplace and comfortable furnishings create a warm and inviting atmosphere. Enjoy breathtaking views of the fall, with the vibrant colors of the changing leaves surrounding the property. Hiking, fishing, and kayaking are just a step away. With Cook Bay Marina just 4 minutes away and Innisfil Beach only 13 minutes, you’ll have easy access to all the water activities. With comfortable bedrooms, thoughtful amenities, and a peaceful, secluded location, our house offers the perfect blend of relaxation and adventure.

Our stay at the Lake House was very enjoyable. The kitchen was well equiped and the house and property was clean. The only complaint was the Spiral iron staircase. The older members of the family had trouble navigating the stairs. The host was very accomodating and friendly. Thank you for a wonderful week.

Lots of space for our group of 8. Beds were comfortable. Close to the lake for ice fishing, and a short drive into town. Only suggestion would be to have more silverware - we did not have enough forks. Otherwise things were well stocked and clean.

Family holiday get together

This was a beautiful home. It looks exactly as the pictures. My family is scattered and we meet up to bring the New Year together every year. This place has been the best by far that I’ve rented and we definitely recommend.

Christmas getaway

Our blended family of 8 wanted a place we could spend christmas together. We found this gem when searching the Vrbo app. This house is beautiful. Our kids loved it and had a fantastic time. We are hoping to book for Christmas 2025. Thank you to our host!

A beautiful home

We were in town for a hockey tournament and this home was in a great location. A nice little getaway but still close to the rinks. If you like to ice fish this is also the perfect spot! The attention to details did not go unnoticed. Lis was a great host and always available if we had questions. We would highly recommend this home.

Lake house

Our overall stay was great. The house is beautifully decorated, clean and spacious. The biggest issue we had was the quality of the water. The water has a very pungent smell to it and runs a yellow color. We were unable to drink it and showering in it was not an option after the first day as we noticed the smell and water stayed in that condition even after running it a while. Although there is a water dispenser there it was basically empty when we got there and ran out after a few glasses. I also suggest having a can opener for guests if they need to open canned food items or can formula for their babies.

amazing property

This property was perfect for a weekend getaway. The entire place was kept in perfect condition for our arrival. In addition, everything we needed was provided for us. The location itself is great, as it’s a short drive to the beach and into town. It was secluded enough that noise was not an issue. There was place to relax in the front of the house as well as the back. The backyard was amazing. There was tons of grass space for sports as well as a table and enclosed gazebo. The kitchen and living room are large and not separated by a wall, giving us ample room for anything we did. The rooms were spacious and clean as well as the bathrooms. While another review mentions the water not being perfect, it was not an issue for us. We brought bottled water for drinking, and I also feel as if people forget that this is a renovated house. Communication with the host was very straightforward and timely. The host made sure we were tended to in any domain, and ensured that we were taken care of. Overall our stay was amazing and one that we will not forget!
