Kitchen island with pendent lighting, spacious owner suite and luxurious master bath with fireplace. Two secondary bedrooms with en-suites. Recently installed hardwood floors in the second and third floors. Five surround sounds speakers in the living room, two in the master and two in the rooftop for your entertainment. Close to (less then 15 minutes from)major downtown and inner loop landmarks like the Medical Center, the Galleria, Montrose district, the Museum District, Toyota Center, Houston Memorial Park, the high-brow River Oaks area, Minute Maid stadium, Emancipation Park, The University of Houston, and Rice University.
