The sitting area in the spacious living area has a desk and office chair making it a comfortable space for remote work or school. Upstairs has two bedrooms - the Primary with a King size bed and Smart TV and a second bedroom with two Queen size beds. For extra room, the main floor sitting area couch is a pullout Queen size bed. The full kitchen and Traeger grill on the back patio make cooking at home a breeze. Although in a townhouse community, every 2 unit building is separated by large areas of grass giving the feel of quietness and privacy. The community is located just around the corner from Owyhee Park that has tennis courts, playground, and large grassy areas, as well. Additional security deposit may be required depending on pets and/or length of stay. Booking implies agreement to pay any fees/deposits and honor House Rules. Unsigned rental agreement means no entry. Pets must be discussed/approved and paid in advance. This is a pet friendly home up to 2 pets. To maintain the condition of the home the pet fee will be $60 for 1 pet and $120 for 2 pets. Failure to disclose a pet at this property before check-in could result in a $500 fine, immediate eviction with no refund and additional expenses may be charged.
