As you walk into the gated entrance to the compound you are surrounded by a private oasis featuring a large outdoor pool with plenty of sun loungers and other comfortable seating. You have your own private entrance with 2 chairs, a table and drying hooks for your towels. This Studio features a Queen size bed, night table, 2 chairs and a TV and Ceiling Fans You will find a nicely appointed kitchenette with Refridgerator, stove and microwave along with a small dining set for two. The full bathroom is off of the kitchen

The studio is in a quiet neighborhood and there are yummy restaurants and some entertainment within walking distance just a few blocks away. The parking is right out front and your unit is on the ground floor. The surrounding local area has some great day trips: Florida Botanical Gardens in Largo featuring holiday lights late Nov-Jan,1st, John's Pass Village and Boardwalk, Tampa Lowry Zoo, Florida Aquarium, Clearwater Aquarium, Sunken Gardens, Dinosaur World, Ellenton Outlet Malls, Children's Museums, enjoy a Tampa Bay Ray's game at Tropicana Field, a Buccaneers Football game in Tampa, or check out some of the pro baseball teams during their local Spring Training, also Disney World and downtown Disney are just two hours away.

1. No smoking/vaping in the unit. No illegal substances on the premises.
2. No parties or events.
3. No pets. Please notify management of any service animals.
4. You are vacationing in a residential area, please be mindful of noise during all hours. Quiet hours start at 10pm and you must adhere to local noise ordinance.
5. Rinse off and return any and all beach equipment at the end of each day. Do not leave equipment on the beach overnight.
