Charming three-bedroom villa with private swimming pool set in a tranquil secluded olive tree, bougainvillaea & jasmine enclosed gardens. Villa is a spacious fully-equipped holiday home, with an open kitchen and lounge, cosy and social areas, ideal for families and groups of friends up to six people. Outside kitchen, permanent BBQ and wrought iron pergola. Airconditioned throughout and naturally cooled with classic wooden shutters and Alaçatı stone façade and interiors. 7-minute walk to Cesme town centre and easy access to the many and varied beaches.

Cozy villa for a family stay

We stayed in Chaika villa for two weeks at the end of June, 5 people. Villa was exactly how it was described in the listing. Darren, the owner, met us and showed everything. Villa was cleaned and there were everything what we needed. The kitchen was fully equipped. The house was clean. The swimming pool was the perfect size for kids to swim and play around. The location was very comfortable for us, not far from Çeşme downtown, Marina area, Castle restaurants. There were 3 supermarkets right around the corner. That was very functional and helpful for a family with having kids. We often ordered seafood dishes from a stand next to one of them. Highly recommended. We definitely want to recommend this cozy villa for a family vocation. Darren and Kivi take care of their property very well. They are amazing hosts. We also would recommend to go to Çeşme Aquapark and Quente Beach club. Don’t forget to take beach towels which are kindly provided by the villa’s owners. In Alaçati area beach towels are not provided even in private beaches. One think we have to mention, that the parking was on the street next to the villa. It’s a little sandy dusty area as other small streets with villas. Didn’t bother us inside though. But, Our car got covered by dust pretty soon after we arrived. There was a car wash just around the corner though which made clean up easy. Enjoy your stay in the villa! We did. Thank you Darren and Kivi.

Thank you for your very kind words and the excellent condition you returned the villa; it is always our pleasure to host such wonderful guests as your family and friends. Thank you also for your communication and amazing understanding. The dust (and noise) was caused by the water company's unfortunate/unusual decision to lay pipes & fix the road at the beginning of the summer season. Normally Cesme has lovely clean brick keystone roads; fortunately, the works are now finished. Thank you again for your understanding and also for your useful tips.

We are husband and wife, Darren & Kivilcim (Kivi). Darren is originally from West Sussex in the United Kingdom, and Kivi is from Karsiyaka, Izmir. We split our time mainly between our homes in Istanbul and Cesme. We are glad to offer our unique villa to you so you can experience the delights & charms of the Turkish Aegean.

Cesme is unique and special in many ways. The breezes temper the climate, so it is warm but rarely exhaustingly hot through the summer. The beaches are in all directions (literally 360º) and are varied: white sand or rock pools (for snorkelling), public or club, tranquil or party, restful or sporty, calm or windy. The region is steeped in 1,000s or years of history. The land of Homer, of Lydians, of Ionia, of Alexander the Great, Romans, Byzantines, and Ottomans. We are ideally placed to explore the lanes of Alacati, the thermal springs in Ilica, the ruins of Ildiri (Erythrai), the olive museum at Uzunkuyu, or the vineyards and wine tasting around Urla.
