Newly remodeled, fully furnished, 1st floor condo with partial river views from the kitchen and living room. The kitchen is well-equipped and features all new stainless-steel appliances. 2 Bedrooms, each with comfortable new beds (King size bed has adjustable head and foot base). Full bathroom with Jet tub/shower combo. Easy access to Downtown, Beaches, shopping, and restaurants. Community amenities include a heated pool, seating and fishing at the boardwalk, barbeque area, and a clubhouse. Daily trolley rides and water taxi shuttles available within walking distance. Non-smoking unit, no cats allowed. Two (2) small dogs ok with owner approval.
