Inside, the main level is made for gathering. The spacious living room features a 60" Smart TV, while the open kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals for the group. The dining table and breakfast bar provide seating for up to 10, making it easy to enjoy meals and time together. Step onto the balcony to take in the impressive mountain scenery.
With three bedrooms across two levels, everyone can find their own space. The upper-level primary suite includes a king bed, private bathroom, and a sleeping loft with a twin bed. Downstairs, the second bedroom features a queen bed and direct access to the outdoor hot tub. The third bedroom has a twin-over-queen bunk and mountain views.
After a day outdoors, soak in the hot tub while the mountains surround you. Winter guests can enjoy the provided sled for snowy adventures, while NFL Sunday Ticket makes it easy to catch the game between days on the slopes. Traveling with your dog? One well-behaved pup age 12 months or older is welcome to join the adventure.

Winter

Summer
The mountains do not slow down when the snow melts. Within minutes you have world-class fly fishing, river rafting, golf, hiking, mountain biking, horseback riding, and zip-lining at your doorstep. Follow the scenic Gallatin River along historic Highway 191 and you are at the west entrance of Yellowstone National Park in just 45 minutes. Stay long enough and you will find free concerts, farmers markets, and weekly events scattered throughout the season.

This home does not have air conditioning, which is typical for Montana mountain properties. Evenings cool down beautifully at elevation, and opening windows at night is the best way to bring that fresh mountain air in. During the day, keeping windows and curtains closed helps hold the cool air inside. Fans are available in the bedroom closets for additional comfort. For safety, please only open windows while you are present on the property.
