A private home for two, located in west Sedona in the heart of the legendary Red Rocks. The newly designed Sedona Penthouse is one-story 11' high ceilings, modern loft inspired design by Terry, with an exceptional large luxury spa bathroom that you will never want to leave.

The Sedona Penthouse was designed with the intention of sharing this special property with individuals who want to relax, regenerate, and grow your relationship. Many people travel to Sedona to be in nature and enjoy the beautiful Red Mountains. The Penthouse is a unique private space which is very clean and quiet. Lovely experience

I'm always a little nervous renting a place online but this was the best experience I've ever had. We met the owner on our arrival and she went over every aspect of the this Beautiful Home! Not enough stars in the sky!

Our stay at Sedona Penthouse was a wonderful experience! Terry and Dwayne were attentive and welcoming hosts. The Penthouse itself was incredible! Beautifully decorated, brand new appliances, gorgeous double tub and high tech showers, quiet and private. And the location was perfect! Close to great restaurants and trailheads. We spent several lovely hours at the Amitabha Stupa just blocks away from the Penthouse. Our week at the Sedona Penthouse was the perfect get away. We will be back for sure!

Perfect Couples Getaway

My wife and I had a great time at the Sedona Penthouse. There are a ton of electronic items in the home (electric blinds, tub controls, in ceiling speakers, etc) and Terry spent a good 30 minutes explaining everything. Everything is also very neatly labeled in case you forget. The main bathroom is incredible and makes the stay worth it by itself in my opinion. We only stayed one night and had dinner reservations so we didn't really use the kitchen but there are pots, pans, utensils, brand new appliances, anything you would need in a kitchen. We will definitely be back for a longer stay in the future.

The Perfect Getaway!

Wow! Where to begin... This was the most perfect destination for a soul renewing retreat. Starting with the location, the distance is within all you want to see in beautiful Sedona. Terry made the most perfect suggestions which made the trip even more relaxing. From restaurants to hikes, she had us covered. Onto the property itself... Perfection! The amount of thought that has gone into this blissful oasis is unmatched. From floor to ceiling, wall to wall there wasn't a detail or item missing. I enjoy giving meaningful feedback where I can, which was requested. The truth is, there wasn't one thing I would change or could ever imagine being better. This property really is more amazing than the pictures could ever portray. If you are considering staying at the Sedona Penthouse, your only regret will be not staying longer :) Thank you again Terry and Duane.

Stunning property!!!!!

The property is perfect, it looks great in all the pictures and in real life it is even more beautiful. This is by far the best short term rental we have stayed at. Terry’s communications are top tear, she goes out of her way to accommodate our time line. We will be coming back for sure and recommending it to all our friends and family. Just perfect!

I can’t say enough nice things about this space and Terry! The space is BEAUTIFUL and equipped with anything you would ever need. It’s a work of art and a very special place to celebrate or just relax and have fun. It was spotlessly clean. The location is great. It’s within walking distance of several hikes and very close to wonderful restaurants. Terry was quick to communicate and explained everything very well. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for something extra special.

An over-the-top EXPERIENCE

The attached instructions were very helpful in navigating to the correct entrance and I highly recommend doing the quick tour with the host Terry. There was so much tech, from the automatic blinds to the bathroom sound system that it was helpful to run-through it quickly. I cannot overstate what a luxurious stay we had at the Sedona Penthouse, I have never slept so well after a long drive, but the bed was extremely comfortable and the bedding was very high quality. I felt like a billionaire in the shower with rain, wand, waterfall and more settings as well as the bathtub that felt closer to a hottub. The water throughout the penthouse was instantly warm and the air-conditioning could be set in three separate zones for optimal comfort. My spouse and I both had to attend a few video conference meetings during our stay and had no issues with the wifi, I was even able to sit outside by the fountain. The gourmet kitchen was accompanied by an herb and vegetable garden that was such a joy to take advantage of. We made the best margherita pizza with fresh basil and tomato and had everything we need. We loved Sedona and cannot imagine a better home base for all of our hiking and biking, we will absolutely stay here again!
