I spent my formative years in Portland, OR alongside my siblings, parents, and two beloved Boxer dogs. After completing high school, I embarked on a multi-year journey across the United States, spending a significant amount of time in Miami, FL and Los Angeles, CA. In 2020, I relocated to Arizona and have since grown to cherish my new home. As a real estate entrepreneur, my endeavors involve managing a diverse range of properties including long-term and vacation rentals. Additionally, I specialize in catering to the needs of investors as a traditional real estate agent.

この宿泊施設のオーナーになった理由

In 2021, this property was acquired in its original state from the 1980s. Extensive efforts were taken to enhance the property, which amounted to a total expenditure of over $150,000. These endeavors were successfully concluded in early 2022, resulting in the property's current pristine condition.

この宿泊施設の特徴

The backyard park is the crown jewel of this property, offering serene tranquility that I find most appealing. The presence of a back gate directly linking to the park further amplifies the appeal. To enhance the living space, the renovations included the removal of multiple walls, creating an expansive area that is ideal for hosting gatherings and social events.
