Wonderful location, backyard access to park. House was very clean and decor user friendly. Lots of seating indoors and outdoors. Comfortable bed, good water pressure, great entertainment space with large TV. Very modern decor, open plan living, but still cozy. Outdoor space and pool are beautiful, cushions need to be upgraded due to sun damage. We definitely rent again. It is a perfect place for two and four legged creatures. Our dog didn’t want to leave. The only thing that was a little annoying was the constant barking from next door. Lots of untrained dogs in the area. But all the positives definitely outweigh the barking noise. One of the best VRBO rentals we had in Arizona so far and we rent a lot. Thank you for allowing dogs at your property.

Place it is very spacious and also pretty clean. Backyard was beautiful and very nice pool was great. Only problem was it got really hot because the AC doesn't work for the main living space only the bedrooms.

40th Anniversary Party

It’s very hard to find places that allow events, so we were happy to find this home. There’s a 20 guest limit which was fine since we wanted to keep it small anyway. The home was perfect for our get together. We weren’t able to get as much use of the back yard as we would have liked because of the heat, though thats obviously beyond the host’s control. However, in cooler weather there’s plenty of room for outside dining and would make a lovely place to renew vows on the green “lawn” with the lights hanging around it. I’ve been to many vacation rentals that have cheap Walmart looking “bed in a bag” type bedding, which always irritates me because one night rent would earn enough money to buy nice bedding. Nic apparently gets this because the bed linens were very nice! Overall it was a wonderful fun evening! One we’ll remember forever!

We stayed at the home to see my niece graduate. The home was very nice and the owner made our stay comfortable and communicated very well. I would stay here again.

Awesome location that could use some work

We definitely enjoyed the stay, beautiful location, pool and park on the back fence. Plenty of space for the family and great for a reunion! I could have done without the clean up message at the end of the stay when there was clearly a housekeeping cost attached, not like we left it in anything less than adequate condition. Master bedroom bedding had dog hair on it. It did not bother be but did bother my husband. There are some sawed off poles around the pool that stick out of the ground about 5 inches that I broke my toe on and that could have been a huge issue if I was a vulnerable person considering their location near the pool.

The Place Is Amazing!!!!

The property is really clean and modern. The outside with the fire was great at night, we didn't swim but the pool looked amazing. The host was great and very communicative to my questions. I would 100% tell anyone this is where you want to be. Quiet neighborhood.

7th Birthday

We held our son’s 7th birthday at Nic’s property and it was a success and more! The property is absolutely beautiful and everyone enjoyed themselves. We had plenty of room for our guests and to entertain. It was clean when we arrived and Nic was prompt in answering any questions that we had. Would definitely stay again!

Overall OK

While we were enamored with the initial photos of the property and the reviews, we were a bit underwhelmed on check in. Had to prompt the host for both check in instructions and check out instructions. Upon check in of the property the home smelled strongly of air fresheners. So strong that we had to air out the entire house and unplug them. Once the house was closed up again, it was obvious someone had been smoking in the property and the air fresheners were there to hide the smell. The backyard was littered with bottle caps, garbage, and dead leaves and lemons from the dying trees (not as depicted). This house is obviously used for parties and get togethers and would be great for that, BUT it's not the calming oasis that the listing tries to portray. The hot water in the shower never climbed above luke warm during our entire stay, the garage door ceased to function, and the wifi never worked. Positives would be that the host was fast to respond and did try to make the wifi work and made a nice gesture for that. Overall not a very clean place and you can tell that this place has seen some parties.

Nic, was quick to answer questions that we had. The kitchen was stocked well enough with pots and pans for us to prepare a few meals. Good location with shopping and restaurants nearby.
