Two items to note: 1) The staircase to the upstairs does not have a handrail. 2) The fireplace, shown in the photos is inoperable.
There are exterior security cameras at the front door, the back door from the garage and the side door from the house to the driveway.
Guest will have exclusive access to the entire home except for storage closets and the garage. The home is equipped with a keyless entry.
