'Z Cabin' provides breathtaking high bank views in all seasons and weather. 60 ft of private water front awaits you on the quiet section of Lake St. Clair where you can relax, boat, swim and fish.
This 1950's lake house has been updated inside and out without losing its vintage charm. Each room has ductless heating/AC while the house retains its working wood burning stove for those chilly PNW nights. But don't spend all day indoors! The lake awaits you year round with its misty mornings, calm waters and meandering coves worth exploring. Or just take in the views from the spacious deck.
Z Cabin is ready to host your next Pacific Northwest adventure.

INDOOR: 2 livingrooms, 3 smart TVs (2 with local channels), dining table seats 6, lake views from main living areas, lots of natural light, fully equipped kitchen, wood burning stove, puzzles, vintage games, books.

The property is beautiful and it was so peaceful, I would highly recommend it! We enjoyed the use of the rowboat, pedal boat and kayaks. The house was clean and we liked the set up of the house. We had a fantastic time and would come back.

The stay at Z Cabin was FABULOUS!! It was a serene location, and it had all the comforts of home. The beds were amazing, the shower was great, and the VIEWS were breathtaking!

Perfectly cozy little cottage in a great location. Beds were comfy, kitchen was well supplied for all our cooking needs, and we all enjoyed swimming and floating in the lake! It was really nice to have two separate living areas as well- the green leather chair upstairs was my favorite spot to sneak away and read in the evening!

We really enjoyed our time at cabin Z. The lake was beautiful and calm. The cabin cozy and charming. Stephanie was patient and understanding when we needed her assistance. It was a great stay overall!

Z Cabin Stay

Our family had a wonderful time at the Z Cabin on beautiful Lake St. Clair! The home was stocked with everything that we needed. The beds were comfortable and we had plenty of linen and towels. We enjoyed using the kayaks to explore the lake and were happy to find all sizes of lifejackets for adults and kids. We would be happy to return and use the cabin again for our next stay.

Waterfront oasis

weather was absolutely perfect. My favorite part of the Z house was sitting on the deck relaxing what a beautiful view!!! Our host Stephanie was amazing!!! Thank you so much we had a blast and made so many memories

Peaceful. Quiet. Spectacular lake view. It’s worth the steps (51, we counted ) to go for a swim or a float. The second week of September and the water temp is just fine. The bed downstairs is big and very comfortable. There is an A/C unit in every room, which is a nice feature. Also liked the newer fridge and updated shower.

Beautiful, warm, comfortable lake house.

We absolutely loved the lake house.The only feature that prospective guests might note is that there is only one bathroom. This didn't affect our stay at all, but it might be a drawback for some.

Great Lake House

We really enjoyed our stay at Z Cabin! The house was clean and well stocked with everything we needed. The lake was a great place for paddle boarding, kayaking, and relaxing. Would definitely stay here again!

Amazing!

This was a perfect place for our family of 5. We loved all of the water crafts available and can’t wait to go back. The hostess was responsive and the home was thoughtfully put together.

Clean, comfy, and perfect for our family trip

We had a lovely stay at Z Cabin. It was comfortable and had all we needed for our stay to visit with family in the area. I really appreciated that it was so well stocked with items we might need and the kids (and adults) had a blast in the water and when using the provided water craft. With the easy water access and the AC - we had a lovely time during the hot August days/nights.

Cute cottage

This place is super cute. My only issue and reason for not giving 5 stars was the extremely strong smell of mold/wet smell particularly in the bedroom. Other than that it was nice for a lake visit.

Wonderful lakeside property

We couldn’t have asked for a better place to have a small family gathering. The water activities were many and added a lot of enjoyment to our stay. The house was clean, comfortable and had everything you could want or need. The host was friendly, informative , accommodating and prompt in communicating. Don’t hesitate to book this lakeside house.
