Happy Place

My family and I have been vacationing in Maine for years. The past three years we have stayed at the Cycad Ave location. Absolutely love the set up, location and everything about it. It has everything that you need. The location is perfect with the lighthouse right down the road. I hope to continue going there for years to come.

Happy Place

I’m family and I have been vacationing in Maine for years. The past three years we have stayed at the Cycad Ave location. Absolutely love the set up, location and everything about it. The only thing that would make it better would be air conditioning but we bring fans and that does the trick. The location is perfect with the lighthouse right down the road. I hope to continue going there for years to come.

Great house!

We enjoyed our stay so much and we were able to meet the owners upon arrival and we had great communication with the property manager, Jan!

Great Getaway

Excellent location. Right on the beach for long morning and evening walks, very short ride to Nubble Light and other coastal sights. Kitchen had all necessities for cooking - cookware, seasonings, utensils, etc. Bed was comfortable. Good WiFi.

Perfect location

If you're looking for the perfect location this is it. It's right across the street from the beach! It's close to the trolley line and the beach bath house. A couple of negatives: The listing states air conditioned but it's a portable unit in the closet. It was very warm the week we were there. There were 2 fans in the room with the bunk beds so it helped a little. The room with the bunk beds was very uncomfortable. The property manager offered to put the air conditioner in but we said no as it was a small unit. All the windows were crank out so not sure where it would have gone anyhow. The bathroom is very small. The water pressure in the shower was terrible. All and all we did enjoy our stay and management was very responsive.
