Relax with the whole family at this peaceful, 3rd floor apt in the historic area of downtown Bristol, RI. Walking distance to Independence Park, docks, Prudence Island ferry, east bay bike/walking path, small neighborhood beach, restaurants & shopping. A quick drive to Newport, RI or Providence (25 mins). Enjoy the gorgeous back yard gardens to grill a meal or to just relax in. 5 min bike ride to Bristol town beach and Cove Park. Fully stocked kitchen with coffee included. Must walk up 2 flights of stairs to access. The whole apartment is yours with a separate locked door to enter just your apartment. Shared building entrance to common stairwell with all 3 apartments. On-site parking. Free use of our bikes. Coin-op laundry in the basement.

Great stay in this cute apartment. Host were great. Appreciated the snacks and water when we arrived. Apartment was clean and comfy. Take some time to checkout their beautiful backyard!

The location was perfect for our purpose - right near Roger Williams and the shops and restaurants near the waterfront. My youngest daughter loved being able to walk safely anywhere, anytime and talked up how beautiful Bristol was. The 3rd floor apartment was clean and cute and everything was as advertised in the ad. Hosts were easy to communicate with and replied in a timely manner. Definitely a top choice as my daughter hits RWU for the next few years!

We have a double backyard with the most beautiful landscaping, trees and flowers. We have 3 separate areas to sit and enjoy the yard in.
