The shallow end of the pool features a 6-foot deep tanning shelf. The pool is 53 -feet long and 8 feet wide --3.5 feet depth growing to 5.5 feet deep in the center and gradually returning to 3.5' at the opposite end. This is the Canyon Sands Neighborhood of sought-after south Palm Springs. The neighborhood sits south of Palm Canyon (Hywy 111) and between Smoke Tree Center to the east and Indian Canyons to the west. It is a lovely, well-maintained neighborhood with sidewalks and lovely mid-century homes. Close-by (walkable) to shopping, restaurants, and the excitement of south Palm Springs and downtown to the north just 1.5 miles away.
**Guests do not have access to the garage, the owners leave a car parked in the garage. Guests use driveway parking for two vehicles in front of the home, and free street parking.
The pool can be heated for a fee which varies depending upon the time of year. We will discuss this with you upon booking or can quote it for you ahead of time. Pool heat is usually needed from November – May of each year. Spa heat is always complimentary.

**Due to the mechanical limits of air conditioning equipment and the extreme temperatures in the desert during summer months, thermostats cannot be turned below 72 degrees. 72 is a very comfortable indoor temperature when outdoor temps are over 105-120 degrees.

Palm Springs has a few rules around renting in our city. These rules apply to ALL short-term rentals in the city and are not our house rules, however we must inform you of these rules and apply them to your rental per city law. To summarize:
~ You must be 25 years old to rent/Responsible party must provide copy of ID.
~ No more than 2 people per bedroom allowed (6 adults for this house, plus 2 children under 12)
~ No more than 3 cars can be parked at the house (1 per bedroom)
~ No OUTDOOR music allowed 24 hours per day (indoor music cannot be audible at the property line)
~ A separate contract is required (in addition to the 3rd party booking company contract).
