Guests have access to free private parking and laundry services.

Important Information:

• Check-in time is 3 pm

• Check-out time is 11 am

• Strictly no smoking inside the apartment

• Please close all windows and doors before switching on the A/C

• Please ensure all A/Cs, fans, and electronics are turned off before you leave the apartment

• Kindly do not use the towels to remove makeup

• Please ensure all rubbish bins (kitchen & bathrooms) are used with a garbage bag inside the receptacle

• Garbage bags can be found in one of the kitchen drawers.

• Guests who are not a part of the original booking are strictly prohibited from staying on the property; any additional person found on the property will be asked to leave

• Hanging items on the window sills is strictly prohibited. Please use the drying racks provided.

Charges:

• Inventory items missing will be charged to you at replacement cost

VISITORS:

The rules that apply to visitors are as follows:

• No visitor is allowed on the property after 12 midnight.

• The number of guests and visitors must not surpass the occupancy level for the property

• Visitor permission is subject to approval

• Any visitor that does not conduct themselves in accordance with property rules may be asked to leave

• If you try to check-in with more guests than communicated or if we find more guests staying in the apartment than booked online then the booking will be canceled. Please ensure the correct number of guests are on the booking reservation to avoid your booking being canceled.
