This modern townhouse is a 10 minute walk to the train-station, and very centrally located in American Fork. There are multiple major shopping centers within 1-2 miles with lots of dining options. Enjoy gatherings in our fully equipped kitchen with an open dinning area, or have a great time in our game room with a classic arcade and board games. This space can also be used as an office with USB outlets and fast WiFi. Easy commute to an event or expo with I-15 only minutes away.

Great Family home

Great location, great home!

The location was perfect and close to anything you could need. The home was clean, organized, and we loved the arcade & games. Would definitely stay here again!

Nice new Townhome

Great property! Layout from garage to main floor to bedroom floor was very comfortable. Lots of space on the main floor to cook, eat and hang out. Loved the arcade games! Beds and bedrooms very comfortable. Cody was great to communicate with and was super helpful in retrieving a couple items we left behind.

We live and work on the beautiful island of Maui. I am a Chef by trade and my wife is a massage therapist. We have a property here as well a couple of blocks from the beach. Spend a good portion of our time surfing, hiking and raising our two amazing kids.

We love Utah! My wife is from this area, so we have family all around. We love to come and ski in the winter and hiking and camping in the summer.

Train station is walking distance, so it makes for fun outings without worrying about driving or getting a ride back home. Also, there are so many hikes and outdoor activities so close.
