Privately situated home in the heart of Sugar Hill, located just a 1-minute walk from Gold Mine Park. Home features a fully fenced 1/2-acre backyard, firepit, game room, and everything you need to entertain the whole family. The property is 5 minutes from Ashton Gardens and The Bowl, Downtown Sugar Hill & Theater/Restaurants, and 15 minutes from Gas South Arena. In addition to the main home, we have a lower-level studio apartment that can be booked through the Vrbo website by messaging us directly after your confirmed booking. This studio ($50 per night + $75 cleaning fee) has a full kitchen, bedroom, and bathroom. This space is not occupied unless booked with a confirmed booking of the main house.

The house was a great place to stay. Roomy, nice area, and had every thing we needed in the kitchen when we made dinner for my mom and sisters. Would definitely come back again.

The house was terrific. Everything was ready for us. Everything was clean and comfortable, and the kitchen was well equipped. It turned out to be even closer than I expected to where we were visiting, so very convenient. Definitely will book again.

We selected this home due to the location to my daughters wedding venue. The fenced in back yard was great. Due to weather and being busy we did not get a chance to use the fire pit. But the location to gold mine park was great, great for walks. The only thing that we found to be not up to par was the beds they all were very uncomfortable. And the 250 cleaning fee we literally had to wash pots and pans prior to using because they were dirty. Also the stove top had food still on it. So the kitchen items could also be updated or replaced. But other then that we enjoyed our stay. It was very quiet which was so nice.

Our friends really enjoyed this rental! We were excited to hang out in the backyard and enjoyed mornings on the front porch. Having a grill was a great touch. The only trouble we had was finding grill tools/ bowls for cooking but otherwise the kitchen was well stocked with plates, cups, and glasses. Would definitely stay here again!

Home Away From Home

We needed to get out of our house for a week but couldn’t go very far away because our son had to be close to school. We also needed a safe space to stay with our two dogs. This house was perfect for our needs. It was immaculate and had everything we needed to make us feel right at home. Back yard is fantastic and we really enjoyed ourselves sitting by a bonfire one night. Elliot was very responsive to our questions. Would stay there again if I needed to.

Great spot!

Very nice layout. Huge fenced back yard! Well appointed kitchen and amenities. It could use a few more lights in the lower floors and parking is a little tight because of the exit, but still 5 stars.

Excellent price, excellent location, beautiful property!

My family and I booked this property to stay while attending a family member's wedding. This property was in a central location to everything you may need from restaurants to shopping stores. We were about 5 minutes from the wedding venue and had no issues with navigating the area. You will be pleased if you book this property!

Convenient Location

This was a perfect property to stay at for our granddaughters graduation. The location was close to everything we needed. We found the property to be clean and comfortable. Our two small dogs enjoyed the backyard. The owner was easy to communicate with. Will definitely plan to stay there again.

Beautiful property

The house was beautiful inside and out. Very large lot with a nice fenced in backyard for our dog, front porch was just as scenic with big rocking chairs to sit outside and enjoy coffee. The bedrooms were big and plenty of room to spread out. The downstairs tenant was not a bother at all and kept to himself. Even though the property was on an acre, it was located on a busy street in a residential neighborhood. Close to everything! Highly recommend the property to anyone wanting to be close to Lake Lanier.

Perfect stay for family wedding

What an awesome home away from home! We stayed here for a family wedding. The house is impressive and we felt right at home. Plenty of closet space, so many of our needs met - including my favorite coffee! There were plenty of special touches here and there - from the fire pit in the back yard, to the recreational loft that included an arcade game and a foosball table, to the dog biscuits left for my four-legged family member! The owner is very responsive and it is obvious he truly cares about his guests' experience. We will definitely return for future gatherings and highly recommend this Sugar Hill home.

Nice place, would stay again!

Nice place, only issue is all ceiling fans work off the same remote frequency, so if someone turns it on or off in one room it may turn it on or off in another room. Once we got that figured out, no issues. Nice place, just what we needed for our family to stay the weekend for a family wedding! The manager was quick to respond whenever we had any questions or issues! Would definitely stay with them again.

We were in town for a wedding. Elliott (and his family) had the home ready when we arrived. Fresh linens, clean home, all the basic supplies stocked, and a warm and appealing homey feel. We loved it! Thanks guys. It made our stay memorable. I'd absolutely stay again...
