The Farmhouse- country charm, room for family visiting, relaxing, or gathering

Ranch style home decorated with farmhouse charm. 4 bed rooms, 2.5 baths, books & games closet, and 2 living rooms for relaxing. Kitchen w/ essentials, including a full size dining room table with chairs. Nice yard view with shade trees and a winding stream. Relaxing and comfy. Located on the edge of town, off highway 18 for easy access to many sites for exploring and historic towns to visit. We have an on-site game room including board games, pinball machine, ski ball, and Pac-Man multi game machine. We have a NO animals allowed policy. We also have a NO smoking or inside any buildings policy, if smoking outside please take remnants with you. This is a very family friendly property that many use for weddings, funerals, and reunion stays. Contractor reservations need prior approval with host.

Overnight stay

Absolutely beautiful. We only needed it to sleep on Saturday night after a wedding, wish we had more time to enjoy it.

Farmhouse oasis!

We had a GREAT stay! I couldn't recommend this more. Such a well-appointed and homey house. The owners have thought of absolutely everything you would ever need. Highly recommend!

Family Christmas

The property is beautiful! With grocery stores and entertainment nearby it is the perfect place for our entire family. Very clean with an excellently appointed kitchen. It even had a beautiful Christmas tree which delighted our grandchildren. We will definitely be returning.

Beautiful Farmhouse

Wonderful home with a beautiful property. Very comfortable beds. We all wish we would have had an extra day to use the game room (skeeball is a favorite) and explore the creek/woods at the end of the property. It is at the top of the list when we go visit family in the area again!

Very nice updated house in West Union

Great location with short walks along tree lined homes to downtown West Union where there’s Euphoria Coffee with hot breakfast option and several other eating establishments. The recently updated house has ample parking for larger families with several cars. The house has a lower floor that opens out to a huge parklike backyard. there’s a bedroom and bath downstairs plus arcade style gameroom. Main floor has 3 bedrooms and and onsuite bath plus a half bath in the washroom. Coffee was supplied with bath the ground coffee and Kuereg option. 75 inch Samsung innden and another nice TV downstairs near the arcade room. Highly recommend this property et al.

Absolutely wonderful home

Very well maintained home that had amazing charm. We were in town for a wedding and this home was half mile from the venue. We have stayed in many rentals and this was the nicest place yet.

Wedding weekend

We stayed here with some family for my daughter's wedding in town. It was a great stay! We enjoyed comfortable beds. We had fun with the game room too! Overall a great time.

Awesome Home! Book it!

We attended a funeral for my mother-in-law. It was a bitter sweet stay. Our 3 adult children and 3 grandchildren attended from California. We had the most FUN together, playing cards, pinball, games, eating out, and just visiting. The home was so comfortable with lots of space for each of us. The game room was a real hit for all! Would rent again. The owners have paid much attention to detail in making you feel welcome.

Wonderful place to stay. Perfect location. Walking distance to a lovely coffee shop (Euphoria) and close to restaurants, pubs and microbreweries (Green Door Pub in Clermont). Will definitely stay again.

Great host home

We stayed at this property for a family wedding and it worked perfectly. Really close to the venue and well-equipped. The property owner was prompt with responses and was very accommodating. Definitely stay here if you are ever in the area.
