Nestled in new Three Forks subdivision with all the comforts of home. It’s a great place to come home to after a day skiing, biking, hiking, fly fishing, paddle boarding, site seeing or shopping. Lots of room for all your guest with four bedrooms all new beds and views from every room. WiFi and 3 large TV’s with Roku. Kitchen has air fryer/toaster, blender, microwave and fully stocked Keurig coffee bar. The patio has a barbecue and outdoor ice chest. Sits on over an acre and is full fenced. Corn hole, horse shoes and fire pit. Community park is a short walk with basketball court, baseball diamond and soccer field. The peaceful mountain views are the perfect place to relax and reflect on your fun day.

Location is everything for this beautiful home. You are under an hour to just about all Southwest Montana has to offer.

Quiet hour nightly at 10:30 pm. Please have garbage out at the street Thursday night or before 7 am on Fridays.
Please respect the property. No art projects in the rock gardens, patio or driveway. No chalk, paints or glitter. These are extremely hard to clean up

Wonderful Stay & Experience

This is a beautiful home, with even better views. A family member was getting married in a near by venue and we were lucky enough to be able to stay here. It really felt like home away from home. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking to stay in the area.

Family Visit

We visited family in the Three Forks area and could not have been happier with our experience. Our host Carol was responsive and professional and the home was true to all of its listings. It was perfect: clean, well appointed, and provided a very relaxing stay.

Fantastic House & Host

This house was fantastic. There was plenty of space for us to enjoy and the outdoor space was amazing too. We enjoyed our morning coffee on the back patio. The host was extremely accommodating and responded quickly to my inquiries. I would definitely stay here again if we were in the area.

2024 Family Vacation

The house was absolutely fantastic. Fully furnished with soaps, toweling and paper products. CLEAN, and I mean clean. Beautiful location, easy to find, great outside patio and a fun neighborhood for an evening walk. Would stay again in a heartbeat! We have stayed at rental houses on both US coasts, Lake Superior and the Deep South, this house takes first place!

Family friendly home

This is our second vacation stay in this home and I'm sure we'll be back again. Its a very comfortable home in a nice neighborhood. We had most of our family's meals here.

Christmas in Three Forks Montana

Great property. Had all the amenities of home. Dryer did not work but otherwise very comfortable. The master bedroom, bathroom and closet were large and spacious. The host made our Christmas special when we walked in. A cute decorated tree and stockings were hung. We will be booking again as we have family in Three Forks and it was close to them. Thank you Carol & R&R rentals.

Fantastic stay

This was the best rental house that any of us ever stayed at. It was so homey and comfortable. It was very clean and stocked with so many items that you would usually have to run out for. It's in a lovely neighborhood close to many Montana activities. The host, Carol, was very accommodating and super sweet and thought of everything to make our stay great. Overall it was a wonderful stay and I highly recommend it!

End of Summer Guy’s Trip

Nice, new, well appointed, clean and in a great location, this home was the perfect starting & finishing point for our Bozeman trip to visit a nearby buddy and enjoy this area again. We’ve stayed in my VRBO’s and I think we’ve added all the little things that make it easier to stay in one. Full coffee bar, condiments, personal care items in case you forgot something. Blow dryers, shower soap and shampoo/ conditioners included.
