Summary:
Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun! Heated pool and spa, 7 beds, TV's everywhere, washer and dryer, high speed internet, and much more! Amazing location in Green Valley with a park right next door. Quiet neighborhood next to parks, grocery, highway, and 10 minutes from the strip! 2 min from the beloved Green Valley Ranch and The District with amazing shopping, restaurants, casino, and more. This is considered the best area by locals!
The Space:
This home is very spacious with tons of updates. It has TV's in almost every room for your comfort, a very nice and private backyard with a heated pool and spa (pool is not heated in winter months but can be for additional charge). The kitchen is amazing, living room is comfy with a huge smart tv, a desk, and plenty of other comforts.
Guest Access:
You have full access to the property, including the large garage.
The Neighborhood:
This neighborhood is family friendly, quiet, safe, and perfectly located.
Getting Around:
You cannot find a better location in Las Vegas. You are minutes from the strip and even closer to many local favorites in Green Valley Ranch.
Interaction with Guests:
I am always available, along with 2 friends that help me with the property if I happen to be traveling.

Spacious, newly remodeled, perfect area, family friendly, pet friendly, safe, near everything, walking to park, short ride to the strip. Heated pool and spa, ping pong table, tv with streaming services in almost every room. Room for everyone!
