I thought this property had central AC but it does not. There’s floor unit in the living room/bedroom area, but not in the private bedroom area. Hallways do not have AC either. However, although there’s only one unit in this apt, it kept us cool as long as we left the bedroom door open. The apartment was clean and comfortable, beds were clean & comfortable as well. Check in and check process was efficient and easy.

Tallest Spot in Gadsden

We loved being centrally located & on the top floor of the tallest building in town! There was ample parking, a fully stocked kitchen, & the mattresses were super comfy - a rare find in short-term rentals! For those with sensory needs: The AC is a little loud & in the living room area only, but the fans magically pull the cool air into the bedroom.

Convenient and great price

Room as clean, lots of room for price. On elevator don't work should have had an out of order sign. Would have preferred lower floor. I as assigns 15th floor. Quiet and safe neighborhood.

The apartment was very nice very clean zero complaints. I ended up having to leave earlier than my intended stay when my father suddenly passed away- the host was very understanding and told me not to worry about double checking everything. I can’t wait to book again.

Cozy and convenient

This was a quick trip to a racing event in town. Located on the 15th floor in an apartment building, the apartment provided all our essential amenities for the one-night stay. I would opt to sleep on the living room bed since it was cooler in that room versus the bedroom. The A/C is older and kind of loud if that doesn't bother you. Otherwise, it was a comfy stay.

Very nice, good value

Nicely appointed efficient type apartment. Had sufficient kitchen pots and pans and coffee maker to make simple meals, and was very comfortable. Location was convenient.

Cozy getaway

The room was clean and cozy. The building was well kept and has projectors of an aquarium on the walls and floors that mg kids loved. The water in the shower was instantly hot, no waiting and no running out!! The kitchenette was fully stocked with cooking utensils and 4 complimentary bottles of water and coffee. Both bedrooms were comfortable! My family slept great for our time there! If we ever come back, we know where we are staying.

Clean and comfortable

Perfect stay. We loved how clean the place was and clearly very well taken care of. Close to Noccalula falls for Christmas lights. My son left his phone behind and the staff was quick to give us a call and waited for us outside when we had to turn around and come back. Definitely recommend!

Clean, quiet, and convenient to food and entertainment (great view too!)

This property was perfect for our (me and my wife's) three night stay to see family over the holidays. There were a few things about the building that stuck out to us as it's obviously a bit on the older side. Namely, be ready for an interesting elevator ride! Also, if you're over 6 feet tall as I am, be ready to duck in the shower and to use any of the mirrors. One bed was very hard, which my wife loved. I tend to prefer a softer bed so actually found the other one to be much more to my liking. The sunrise view over the mountains is beautiful and all of the downtown bars/restaurants are walking distance. Check in was very easy. Overall, great stay for the price once you get used to that elevator!
