Rent a newly remodeled home to relax & unwind at in between your adventures while visiting the Grand Canyon & other parts of Northern Arizona. Just 24 miles south of the GC National Park, this home is equipped with a full kitchen & also has ALL NEW furnishings. The living room has a full size queen pull-out couch so the house does sleep 6 comfortably. The outdoor area has a picnic table & a brand new grill with a view of the San Fransisco Peaks. Also the stargazing from this property is unreal!

The Blue Raven is on a shared property with the owners living in a separate home built on the same property. PLEASE be reassured that you will have your own space and yard area that we will not be intruding upon. If there are any questions about this matter, feel free to message us!

Great place

I went up for a couple of days of Grand Canyon hiking. The place is very nice and the owners were very accommodating. A little distance from the store, so stock up and enjoy your stay.

The property has every facility, there is a little dirt road where you have to drive your car but the place is very near to grand canyon.

Beautiful property

Travelled with my parents and my husband, and decided to stay somewhere a bit more intimate than a hotel. The place was great, we had a wonderful time, and we had everything we needed and more. Definitely recommend and would stay here again if we have a chance.

Nice location to GC, clean and nest rooms.

5 of us really enjoyed the stay before going to Grand Canyon. Very neat and clean room in a quiet area. definitely recommend for 5-6 groups with kids and seniors.

Great Stay

Place was exactly as listed. Owners allowed us to have a fire on the property which was nice. Stayed up by the fire watching the stars. Highly recommend!

Great Spot

We really enjoyed our stay here while turkey hunting near the Grand Canyon. The home is very clean, comfortable, nicely decorated, and has everything you need. The yard is spacious and had plenty of room for parking our truck pulling a Polaris trailer. Would definitely stay again!!

Convenient Stay Near Grand Canyon

We stayed at Blue Raven because I wanted us to be close to GC. Very clean and cute home. Perfect for our one night stay before visiting the Grandest of Canyons. We shopped and ate in Williams which is only 30min away. Recommend this property as a home base for GC visits.

Wonderful peaceful location about 30 minutes to the Grand Canyon South. Adorable house with everything you need. Clean house, comfortable beds, relaxing living room with a grill for all you cooking needs. Highly recommend. Host responded quickly.

Spotless and quiet

If you’re plannning a visit to the South Rim of the Grand Canyon, this charming property was perfect. It was easy to find. Once we arrived, we found the inside of the home to be spotless. It was also extremely quiet area, which was perfect after a long day at the Canyon. Highly recommended.

Welcoming stay near Grand Canyon

We had a lovely, warm stay at Blue Raven. It is very conveniently located near the south rim and while takes 45 mins to/fro, is a serene and quiet place to soak in the night sky and be away from the usual bustle of a tourist town like Tusayan. We thought the home was well laid out and had everything that we needed. Overall, a good option for us that gave us just the right cozy place to unwind at. Thanks!

Grand Canyon trip

Home was beautiful and welcoming. We were only here for one night and didn’t arrive until late evening. Beds were comfortable and our group of women had a great night’s sleep before heading to the Grand Canyon

Perfect spot for our family of 4 taking a trip to the Grand Canyon. 30 mins south of the park. Enough amenities in town of Valle. Property is updated, clean, and kind, responsive hosts. Adjacent property is far enough away to not notice. Couldn't be better.

Friends trip

Great place to stay. Clean and very quiet. Owner did not send instructions. We sat for 45 minutes in the heat on the phone with VRBO and calling/messaging the owner. Communication was the only downfall of this VRBO stay.

3 day visit to Grand Canyon

This is a lovely little home. Our family of 6 stayed here for 3 nights while visiting the Grand Canyon. It was very clean and nicely updated. We were very comfortable. We had everything we needed to cook and prepare meals. Much better then a hotel. Attention to detail made this home feel cute and charming. Would definitely recommend and would stay here again.

Wonderful Experience

We had a great trip. The home was very clean and neat. The kitchen was well stocked with all the essentials and made preparing meals a breeze. I loved the split bedroom lay out. It gave privacy to all. It was especially nice that each bedroom had its own bathroom and both were well stocked too. We loved the fire pit and roasting marshmallows! I would recommend highly and hope to come back again.

Clean and convenient to Grand Canyon. Responsive host. Guests should consider bringing bottled water as refrigerator water dispenser is not hooked up for water and ice.

This was a nicely decorated home. I liked the location as it was away from everything. However, the nearest resort was busy and we could hear kids during the day, but the nights were pretty quiet and it was cool sitting out by the fire. A couple things that should be looked into. The closet doors have locks on the inside, so unknowingly, we locked out suitcase and clothes in the closet. Also, the utensils to cook with are all wooden. A plastic spatula would have made cooking eggs and pancakes easier. Overall the house was a nice place to stay, only 30 minutes from the south rim, so far enough away where you weren't around a ton of people, but close enough to take a drive and make a day of it. The place is not very sound proof either, sitting in the living room you could hear conversations in the bedrooms very easily.

The stay that almost didn’t happen

I booked this vrbo for a family vacation to the Grand Canyon months in advance. I didn’t get a welcome message at time of booking. Oh well - not a big deal. A few days before the booking date, still no entry code. We’ve done dozens of vacation rentals, so I know some hosts don’t send codes til the same day. I stayed patient. When I hadn’t received the code on check in day, I messaged the host. No response. Several hours later, I sent another message. We’re almost at the property. Still no code. I called and left a voicemail as we arrived. It’s dark and we tried every door, thinking maybe there wasn’t a code. We knocked on the other building on the property. It’s pitch black, but we wait. Finally, we decided to leave. As we’re driving away my wife finds another place available just two blocks away, with one more bedroom, and for $200 less. We begin booking it and our phone rings, literally in the middle of the booking. It was our host. She apologized, blaming VRBO for the missed access code. She said she couldn’t get my messages earlier because she was at work. Being a host requires being available 24x7. I realize hosts have other jobs (I’m a landlord myself) but if you can’t pickup the phone for an emergency, you need a spouse/friend/sibling/neighbor that can co-host with you. The home was clean with modern decor. Comfortable. No extras like coffee k cups or laundry pods. There’s an excellent coffee/breakfast truck 1/4 mi away!

Pleasant and clean VRBO!

This is a clean and nicely decorated home, close enough to the park, but away from crowds. It was warm, even when it snowed. We appreciated the new washer, dryer, and dishwasher. We cooked three nights and appreciated that there were seasonings and oil on hand. Suggestions: a good foam topper for the double bed; 2-3 dish towels instead of having just one; a regular coffee pot instead of Kuerig (4 people and 8 cups not enough). We would stay again if we come back to Grand Canyon.
