Overall, we had a very nice stay at the cabin. The porch was definitely a highlight for us—we spent a lot of time out there playing cribbage and relaxing in the hot tub. The hot tub was very clean and enjoyable. The only issue was that the jet power was a little lacking, as the dial didn’t seem to be functioning properly.The cabin itself had a cozy, warm, and inviting feel, and the kitchen was well stocked with all the essentials. I did notice that there wasn’t an oven, although I realized afterward that this was noted in the listing—I just hadn’t noticed it when I originally booked.Overall, we enjoyed our stay and really appreciated the comfortable, welcoming atmosphere of the cabin. Sherry was very responsive to our concerns, as we noted the grill and porch chairs were in disrepair. She said she would replace these items. Also, our A/C went out had she had it repaired the next day.

We had an amazing stay! The cabin was a good, central location to go to Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg, Sevierville and Knoxville! Sherry is a very responsive host and the cabin has everything needed!

Great Cabin away from traffic

The cabin was great, it was nice being pretty much the same distance between both Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge so we could get to both pretty easy.

We had a great time while enjoying your cabin will definitely look at more times there. Got to see 2 deer while arriving 1 doe and 1 fawn. Hot tub was great in early am.

Trip to Gatlinburg 2023

Short stay

Excellent host and home. Secluded location and well kept. Had everything needed to enjoy stay. Beds were comfortable, ample room in the house. Would happily come back to this home again and again.

Great vacation

The cabin was beautiful and away from the busy tourist area which was a plus. Views were beautiful. The hot tub was a great spot to enjoy these views. And with the fully stocked kitchen it made spending and making Thanksgiving dinner so much easier. I would recommend this vacation spot to anyone!

It truly is so peaceful in Cosby and yet a short drive to all of the attractions in Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg, and Sevierville. You go and enjoy all of the festivities and escape back to your peaceful and relaxing cabin~ sit in the hot tub or the rocking chairs on the proch and enjoy the beautiful views and relax. Would love to be your host again should you decide to return to Cosby.

Family Getaway

About 30 minutes from the hustle and bustle, this cabin was a great getaway. The beds were comfy, the hot tub was awesome and the ice maker/coffee bar was a nice feature. Communication with Sherry was quick. Enjoyed our stay.

Cabin is far enough from hustle and bustle but still close enough for shopping and restaurants and hiking. The host provides a great getaway, a nice stocked kitchen/ popcorn machine , games and nice comfy bedrooms. The porch is so inviting with a hot tub and rocking chairs, we loved that it had rained some while we were sitting on the porch very soothing.Saw a few deer and some rabbits. Great communication with Sherry , would highly recommend this cabin. Loved the bear theme throughout the cabin also. A 10 out of 10 , we so enjoyed our stay .

Awesome cabin in a very quiet location. Super nice place away from it all but within 30 minutes of everything. Very accommodating host, cabin was very clean will definitely be back

Nice and Quiet

Property and house were great! So peaceful and the owner kept in communication throughout the stay. Our son loved the added touch of the nugget ice machine :)

My granddaugters will be happy to hear that the nugget ice machine was mentioned in a review....They have one at home and told me that I absolutely had to have one, and everyone would love it. So I guess I need to keep them on as my rental home consultants. :-)

Super Nice

We loved this cabin so much! We felt right at home there and even wished it was ours. It's a ways away from Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg but it was worth the drive. We hope to come back.

Thanks Jamie, I am happy to hear you enjoyed your stay. We are pretty centrally located...21 miles from Pigeon Forge...20 miles from Gatlinburg, and 22 miles from Sevierville. Located out in Cosby just a short distance from all activities, yet tucked away on 3 acres of a small mountain. The best of both worlds!!!

Great House

The house is as advertised, clean and very comfortable. We enjoyed the private setting, coffee bar and ice machine. The beds were comfortable and the big living room tv was great. We usually hike a lot while visiting the area but this trip we spent more time relaxing at the house. It really felt like home!
