Welcome to Villa Cordova, a newly remodeled lakefront dream cottage where family memories are made. Nestled on the peaceful shores of Lake Cordova, this 4-bedroom + 2 flex-room retreat offers everything you need for cozy gatherings, outdoor adventures, and quiet moments by the water. Step inside to find soaring cathedral ceilings, an open kitchen, and a warm fireplace that brings everyone together. Step outside, and the real magic begins, a private backyard beach, outdoor BBQ, and a jacuzzi right by the water where you can soak under the stars. With direct lake access, you can swim, kayak, or sip your morning coffee as the sun rises over the water. In every season, adventure is right outside your door with nearby ATV and snowmobile trails.
At night, gather by the fire or relax in the hot tub and look up, the sky here is clear, quiet, and filled with a thousand stars.

My group and I had a blast and really enjoyed the lakefront view: tons of wilderness spotted. We really enjoyed the wood burning sauna and the fire pit. The property left something to be desired in the cleanliness department (old cobwebs, etc) which lent itself to the rustic feel. The shower pressure was dribbling and the hot tub didn’t get above 90f. The location was excellent and there was tons of room for everyone.

Hi, I am Anna!
I grew up in Bulgaria, and I have always been drawn to quiet places where you can slow down, spend time with family, and enjoy nature. I work as a photographer, so I’ve always admired places with character, light, and stories, and this cottage became exactly that for me.
Hosting started as a simple idea to create a place where families and friends can reconnect, unplug, and make real memories by the water. Every time a guest tells me their kids didn’t want to leave, or they finally got to slow down and breathe, it reminds me why I love doing this.

Villa Cordova is on the shores of beautiful Lake Cordova, a quiet, peaceful lake surrounded by trees, wildlife, and starry skies. I fell in love with this area because it feels like a world away, but it is still close enough to town for groceries, coffee, or a day trip.
What I love most about this neighborhood is how calm it is:
• mornings with mist lifting off the lake,
• evenings with fireflies and bonfires,
• and nights where you can actually see the Milky Way.
It is the kind of place where time moves slower, in the best possible way.
