Great place needs some tweaking

The apartment is nice however the beds are rock hard the awesome tub not so awesome was dirty and full of bugs. There was a lizard the size of my hand in one of the bedrooms so they slept on the couch. The toilet didn’t work on the main bathroom and smells like urinal mints. The owner was great ordered pizza for us because of language barriers we weren’t able to do. So yah softer beds less critters would be a five

coffee on the balcony, at dawn, watching the cows, bikers & walkers

without prior knowledge of the area, and knowing little to no Spanish, this spot was tricky to find - the first time; the second time, it was a breeze. The property mgrs were extraordinarily prompt & helpful with every single question, no matter if it was 10 pm oer 5 am! no complaints - and much gratitude for your graciousness

Exceptional customer service!

We arrived from the States, at 9:30 pm, after traveling since 6 am, tired & knowing very little Spanish, & confused - Victor graciously talked w our taxi driver, helped us find the spot & met us at the gate, helped us get oriented! It was exactly what we needed.
