Welcome to BC Downtown Villa! This spacious 3 bed/1 bath home is a short two-minute walk from downtown Bryson City, complete with a hot tub and outdoor fireplace! With one King bed, one Queen bed, and two Twin beds, your whole family will love the space! Pets are considered for an additional fee.

Peaceful in town experience

We loved it here! Perfect! Exceptionally clean and comfortable! We will be back. Loved how peaceful it was but walkable to coffee shops, eateries and everything in town. Everything you need is here and not a single issue. By far the best place to stay while visiting Bryson City!

Girls weekend

The Villa is lovely. The kitchen was well appointed. The beds were ok. Plenty of towels were provided. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. The house is walking distance to a coffee shop and all of the downtown shops. Plenty of space to park our 3 vehicles.

Perfect Bryson City getaway!

We really enjoyed our stay! The hot tub was a great perk to have in the backyard, the covered sunroom made for a lovely rainy afternoon hang out, and the ease of walking to and from town was ideal. The selection of games also came in handy for our group of four. We loved this villa and hope to be back someday!

Nice, clean home in town

As fellow VRBO owners / operators, there is a lot we enjoyed and appreciated about this home. The access and walkability to town was great. Everything was clean and comfortable and as advertised in the listing. We used the home as a home base for western NC / Smokies adventures and it was perfect. Great spot, we will be back! Our new home away from home

We absolutely love it here! Super close to downtown Bryson City where you can find great shops, food and pubs. We walked everywhere we wanted to go and the backyard is amazing for your dogs while you relax at this super cozy home! Also 15 minutes from the casino if you like that kind of thing! We will definitely be back for a third time, this has become our home away from home for sure!

Nice Little Spot

Process and communication could not have been any better. Nice little spot in a PERFECT location for walking into a really nice little town with plenty to see, restaurants and nice scenery. Such a great contrast to the tourist ghetto of Gatlinburg and arguably a better place to access the park.

Amazing House! A Definite Must Stay!

This house was exactly what I was looking for to spend an enjoyable holiday with my family. Everything was clean and the house had an overall vibe that made us feel right at home. The backyard was just as amazing. The fire pit and hot tub were definitely a highlight! The biggest bonus of all was how close this is to downtown Bryson City. We were able to walk anywhere we went! I will be booking the rental again the next time I’m in Bryson City!

Clean, modern, comfortable

We will definitely be back. The communication from property manager was stellar! They even sent us a playlist to use on our drive :) easy walk to everything down town. Definitely plan to use them again.

The property we stayed in was perfect. The one next door was a rehab, food pantry, help for homeless/ drug addiction? Place and had a lot of traffic in and out at all hours. We were fine just aware. Glad that people have a place to go for help. Every town and family is impacted.

Wonderful pet friendly property

This is the second time we have stayed at this location, and we will always stay here whenever we visit the area. Communication with the host was fantastic. They provide excellent directions, including a great Spotify playlist for our drive! They provided clear checkout instructions and we had no problems at all with the property itself. The yard is beautifully landscaped, and super dog friendly. The house even has a basket of toys for the dogs, as well as food/water bowls. The location is super convenient to Bryson City’s Main Street, and most importantly, our favorite breakfast place in the world: the Everett Street Diner! 10/10, would recommend, but not when we want it! Haha!

Perfect for the train!

Super cute cottage with an excellent location for Bryson City. We easily walked to the train and other downtown shops, restaurants, etc. The home was clean and recently renovated and fit our family of 6 nicely. It’s an older house, so it can be drafty, but the fireplace is warm and the heat works well. The doors don’t stay latched, which was the only drawback with littles. We plan to return next year for the Polar Express! PS- an earlier review mentioned a medical detox place next door. That is NOT what is next door. There is an advertisement sign on the property, but the house is a community resource building tied in with the church next to it and other charitable needs. The clinic advertised isn’t even in BC! Don’t let this deter you.

Great location and place, but….

First, the house was clean, well appointed, spacious and exactly as described. Great location around the corner from downtown and beautiful backyard with a view. Even the book selection was great and it looked like it would be dog friendly if you’re traveling with a pooch. Two caveats: 1) there is an unleashed Belgian Malinois dog across the street. Seems to be a guard dog, stays on the property, but barks and can be unnerving to children or people afraid of dogs. Don’t know if that would be an issue if you have a dog who doesn’t like bad vibes? 2) the flowers out front are beautiful! Unfortunately some of the bees seem to have made a place for themselves under the siding next to the front door. I got stung locking the door the first time I walked out and I’m allergic. Since they’re sort of lurking / going under the siding it’s impossible to see or predict . Not currently the right choice for anyone with bee allergies but otherwise a nice place to stay.

Perfection Property for Pets in Bryson City

TL;DR: Super dog friendly, comfortable, excellent location. You couldn’t do better if you tried. This property is located within walking distance of the main street in Bryson City, giving you easy access to restaurants, shopping, and attractions. Information from the property management company regarding directions and check-in were provided in advance and were easily understood. The only issue with communication with them was an unanswered question sent in the app the day prior to checkout, but it turned out to be of little consequence. The property itself was well maintained and cozy. All the amenities that one would expect were present and modern. The back yard is large and has a wonderful patio area. This has to be the most dog friendly property I have seen. The fence in the backyard was very sturdy and I felt safe not having my dog on a leash or a tether. There was even a dog toy basket in the living room! The only thing I could complain about, and this is nit picking, is the lack of a handrail on the front steps. This was only an slight safety concern for my 89-year-old grandmother who has minor mobility issues. We easily overcame this by assisting her, but if you have stability concerns you may need to keep that in mind. All-in-all, I would recommend this property to anyone travelling to Bryson City as a first choice and it will be my go to whenever I am in the area.

Perfect Spot!

We booked this property for a girls weekend and we all absolutely fell in love with the property. I was sending pictures of the kitchen to my husband because I loved it that much! The screened in porch on back is amazing and was a perfect place to hang out and catch up. The backyard was so cute with all of the wildflowers and the gorgeous fireplace. Neighborhood was quiet but centrally located. We’re already trying to nail down a weekend for the fall to come back!
