Recently upgraded and beautifully furnished throughout, this spacious and private two-bedroom home features an open floor plan with an upscale kitchen, counter-height seating, dining area, and a living room with 55” Smart TV.

Fully appointed modern kitchen with appliances, including stove, oven, refrigerator, Keurig coffee maker, and microwave. Bedrooms are comfortably furnished with fresh crisp new linens, pillows, bed coverings, and 32" Smart TVs. Master bedroom features a private en-suite bathroom.

Wonderful place to stay just outside of Bryson City. The first thing we were able to see when we parked at the home was the Polar Express train across the river from the house, and our child loved it! Just a couple of minutes outside of town, and would recommend to anyone wanting to stay close by.

Great location for fishing the nearby rivers. Very responsive host, easy check in. Clean and well supplied, add 3 things and it would be perfect, drip coffee maker, dishwasher, gas for the grill. Had to lug my own coffee maker and couldn’t use the grill, who travels with a tank of gas?

Our second stay in this quiet neighborhood was quiet and comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked. The beds were super comfortable. The house has everything you would need. Bryson City is a welcoming town with lots to do. We enjoyed views of the river, fishing, hiking, and visiting nearby shops. We will be back again.

This was a great cottage that was a nice place to relax in after a busy day off sightseeing. It was comfortable and had a lot of nice amenities. Rear patio with river view, two bathrooms, and plenty of seating options. Also had some nice kitchen appliances. We enjoyed our stay.

This was an adorable house with a cottage like feel. Very close to all attractions, nice view of the river. Decorated very nicely. Was comfortable and had all amenities you would need.

The house was exactly as advertised. We were very pleased with the cleanliness and the overall decor was very cute. The house was prepared with essential items. The home was in a very convenient location for the sites and activities we planned. Definitely recommend this property. We patronized several local restaurants, one within walking distance and found excellent and food and service. Lovely vacation.

We had a great time! Great communication with the owner. The views and sounds of the water are so relaxing and we enjoyed the back patio. The beds, linens, towels and showers are nice and super comfortable. We mostly ate out, but the kitchen was also well stocked. We will definitely be back!!

Best VRBO we have found! Have stayed at several, but this sweet cottage tops them all! Very spacious, very clean, great renovation choices, fully equipped, quiet neighborhood, and beautifully decorated! Really enjoyed the covered porch. Watched people fly fishing and so many beautiful Bryson City mountain sunsets. We came for a week to celebrate our 26th anniversary. We added an extra day because we just did not want to leave this peaceful spot. So close to Bryson City for shopping and restaurants. Cherokee casino and the concert venue are just a ten minute drive away. Visited Darnell Farms just around the corner from here. Had great dreamwhips and got some delicious strawberries. Went to Dillsboro for great food and shopping. Maggie Valley is not too far away, worth going for the amazing mountain scapes on the way and it's a cute town to shop. We had great adventures going to the "road to nowhere tunnel" and two waterfalls, Juney Whank was a challenge to us because we are not hikers. But the Tom Branch falls were great! Just a short straight walk from the parking lot to the falls, no hiking upward lol. We saw a large "Butterfly Puddle" and butterflies flying all around at the riverside. It was truly dazzling! We had such a wonderful trip and can't wait to stay again at this terrific oasis!! You just cannot beat the comfort, the location, the views of this home.

Comfortable home in quiet neighborhood outside the town of Bryson City. Beds were comfortable with new bedding and plush towels in bathrooms. Quick and courteous response to our communications. Don't forget to bring bug lotion/spray. I did and was eaten by mosquitos! Location was great for exploring the southern side of GSMNP, beautiful area with less crowds than northern side

Happy the beds and towels got your approval. And yes, those mountain mosquitos are relentless. Bug spray is a must out there. You are welcome back anytime you want round two in the Smokies. Stay to remember!

Great place to stay. Fantastic view of the Tuckasegee especially with Helene coming through! Very cozy and well appointed house. Impeccably clean.

Great location

The home is in a great location it is near all of the Great Smokies Mountain activities. The host was readily available and answered any questions we had. The home was very cozy and clean. I’ll be back for sure!
