The Space:

You will love this private pool home from the moment you walk through the door. It offers a spacious floor plan for the whole family to spread out. New kitchen features all new cabinetry and counter tops and is stocked with everything needed to dine in.

Master suite features a king bed and walk in shower. Guest bedroom one features a queen bed. Meanwhile guest bedroom two offers two twin loft beds and a full bed. Open floor plan in the living/dining area with a sofa sleeper for additional sleeping. The private outdoor space is breathtaking with a private pool area that is fully screened in. Enjoy your favorite drink under the screened covered porch and outside breezeway. Close to Cocoa Beach, Cape Canaveral, Cocoa Village, NASA, Port Canaveral and 45 minutes from Disney. Sleeps 10

Great home base for area activities

The homes was clean and very nicely decorated. The pool/spa area is great! Location was great home base for Kennedy Space Center, Brevard Zoo, Cocoa Beach, and Wildlife Refuge/National Seaahore. Family and I enjoyed our stay very much!

Fantastic property was just what we were looking for

Communication was easy and fast from start to finish. Very well stocked kitchen with all the necessaries. Pool was a haven for us and the kids and extends the experience so much.

Great stay!

This was a wonderful house to stay at before our cruise! We hit a snag with getting the pool pump to work, but the property management team communicated quickly and we were able to get it working! The house was very clean and we enjoyed our stay!

Perfect place!

We stayed at a resort in Coco Beach for a few days and then stayed here the second half of our trip. It was only 25 minutes from the beach. It was perfect. Great furnishings and fully stocked with everything we need. It was clean and comfortable and a great place to relax but also close to amenities.

Cute place!

The house is cute, the neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. We wanted a weekend getaway close to the beach and it worked great for us. We did have to skim the pool ourselves because of the rain bringing a lot of bugs and extra water in the day before we got there but that’s just Florida for you. Would definitely stay again!

Lovely pool home

The house was perfect for our long weekend trip. The decor is modern and the kitchen fully-equipped. The neighborhood is quiet yet not far from the main road. The very best part is the screened in pool! Would definitely recommend this property.

Softball Tournament

Bayberry Breeze easily accommodated our family of 7. Plenty of seating, very comfortable, quiet neighborhood & excellent pool! The extra plus for us was how close to the Space Coast Softball/Baseball Complex we were. Close to Cocoa Beach & watching Cape Canaveral launches. Will definitely be back.

Bayberry Breeze

This is a nice house with a pool which my grandkids thoroughly enjoy. We are here for a baseball tournament at the USSSA complex right down the road. The house is in a nice quiet neighborhood with access to grocery store and restaurants. The house was very clean and had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable.

Our 2nd stay!

This house is in a quiet neighborhood & was comfortable for our family of seven. The place was just as clean as our 1st stay a year ago. Management responds quickly & we were able to add a day at the last minute. Conveniently located to grocery store, I95 & Space Coast Softball Complex. Pool was perfect & refreshing. House was very cool on those hot days! Will definitely stsy again.

Great weekend getaway

Great property. Quiet neighborhood. Dishes were still in the dishwasher upon arrival. There were no extra towels in the bathroom, we had to go search for them. Found them in the dryer, when we were leaving. Besides that, we had a great time!

Lovely family stay

We had a wonderful time staying in the accommodation. The quality of the pool finish and the beautiful piece of marble was appreciated. I think the recycling day was wrong on the instructions. They appeared to come.on Tuesdays and we missed it. The only improvement would be having a kettle available in addition to the coffee machine as my mother is a 77 year old tea drinker and it was awkward for her to make it on her own.

Remote for fan missing

We had a wonderful stay at your place. There's only one thing that I might suggest and that is we could not find the remote for the fan in the master bedroom the fan stayed on the whole time and we couldn't turn it off. We looked under the bed and other places we still did not find it

Escobedo family week stay

Started great, till the 2nd when we try to heat the pool but the button didnt work on panel, nor did the outside shower. The rooms were clean and tv provided were great. Washer and dryer were provided but needed to buy our own product to clean and same for the dishes. No sponge or dish soap was provided. Only option was dishwasher products. Overall was a good stay and will rate an overall experience a 4.

Poorly managed

Pool and hot tub were broken, asked for q discount on our 1200 payment and were offered 75.00. The only reason we chose this property was for hot tub and it was colder than the pool. Property management company was nearly impossible to reach.

We had pool repair there asap, however, the part had to be ordered and was not in during your stay. It has been resolved and both the pool and hot tub are working great.
