Beautiful 3 bedroom 2 full bath in Summit with only a 5 minute walk or free shuttle bus from your door to the village and slopes! Sleeps 8 comfortably. Enjoy the indoor fireplace, grill on the patio, fully stocked kitchen, 65 in smart/roku tv, plush beds and fresh linens. Wildcat grocery is right up the drive way or a 5 minute walk. The patio has some stunning views and be ready to see the deer come by almost daily! Perfect for a family trip or romantic getaway. There are steps required to get to the condo.

Great access to the slopes

The apartment was clean and as advertised and all the check in was smooth and simple. There is really easy access to the slopes just a 10 min walk up the hill. Super convenient!

nice space close to the lifts and village

Great stay. Really loved that it's close enough to the lifts and village that folks could come and go throughout the day. Family of deer out the back deck was another bonus!

Perfect for a family

Everything about the property was perfect. Décor was lovely, kitchen was well stocked, wonderful size for traveling with adult children. So close to restaurants, shopping and Green Bank. Everything was as described in the listing so it was very helpful to read.Our Host was wonderfully responsive and provided great information. We would defiantly stay here again.If you are not familiar with the area, be prepared to not have cell service except in the rental or other public area's due to the radio free zone. Also this resort is at the top of the hill and not at the bottom like you so often find at ski resorts. It is a great area if you want quiet or to see the Green Bank Observatory.

Overall great stay and location

We had a great stay and the property is amazing. The location couldn't be better. We had some dificulty getting into the property because they couldn't figure out the right code to let us in. There also isnt great cell service around so we had difficulty finding a spot to communicate with the hoat. Once that was fixed, everything else was great.

Golfers weekend

We all had a nice weekend at the summit. The place was very comfortable and clean. The host was very helpful. And a short walk to the village restaurants.

Great location for our group! You could walk to the village or take a shuttle wherever u want! Our first time to Snowshoe and we loved it!!

Another great experience!

We had a great stay this trip! The home is just across the street from the main lodge amenities providing a short walk or a quick shuttle if you don’t want to brave the stairs. It was well appointed with everything you’ll need to enjoy your break from the slopes. We would definitely stay here again!

Bday trip

Went for my birthday with some friends. First time ever visiting snowshoe. The place was accurately described. Prime location to essentially everything you’d need in the village. Place was clean and very welcoming. Would recommend this place!

Felt like home!

First and foremost the bed was comfortable. Nice comfy condo! My family and I had everything we needed. Sarah was very informative on all instructions.

Good time!

We had a good stay in Sarah's place! It had just enough room for two families... it was very conveniently located... they beds were very comfortable. Overall place could use some upkeep and we would've loved some board games or a deck of cards. A great place to stay if you're enjoying snow sports at Snowshoe...

Great stay

A lot of the condos at Snowshoe are dated but this one is updated and really nicely decorated. Everything was in great condition and the condo was well stocked. The owner was really responsive and provided a ton of great info about the condo and the Snowshoe area.The bunk room was tight for 4 teenage boys but they made it work. The steps to the village can be tough if you’re carrying your skis but the shuttle is super convenient and picks up and drops off right in front of the condo. The location backs up to woods and we had daily deer visits.Overall we had a great stay. Great owner and nicely updated condo!

Clean, convenient, and affordable

Our family of one child and 7 adults had a wonderful time at this property. There was plenty of room to sleep and plenty of dishes and utensils to cook breakfast and dinner. Everything was clean and the unit was right across the street from the village and ski rental place. We plan to make this a yearly trip and plan to stay at this same property whenever it’s available.

Very nice property. Unit was clean & well stocked with all the necessary utensils. Daily visits from deer off the back deck . Super fast response from the host if needed.

Winter Wonderland

It is in a great location of the slopes. You can walk or wait for the shuttle service. The property was clean and very comfortable. We felt like we were at home. Enjoyed seeing the deer everyday, watching it snow and enjoyed spending time with family and friends. We Would highly recommend this property. Look forward to the next visit to Snowshoe.

Great getaway

Stayed here in the summer, so not the usual timing (magnificent ski area), but still had a blast visiting and relaxing with friends. Played golf at the Raven, ate dinner in the village, and watched the sunsets with friends and a bottle of wine. Great escape and nice facility. Spacious, good location, and absolutely no qualms. Would definitely rent again! Thank you Sarah!

A fabulous weekend getaway

We chose to stay at this property due to location, precise point and closeness to the village. It is early snowboarding season and we wanted a place in close proximity to Ballhooter lift that was walkable in case the other lifts weren’t open yet. This place did not disappoint! Modern updates and amazing back deck views made this one of my favorite units we have ever stayed at. Resident deer are very friendly and visit daily. The shuttle to the slope was just a call away if you didn’t want to climb the 50 stairs in your boots. We opted to take the shuttle to the slope and walk home (5min). A few staples were missing from the kitchen (brownie pan and vegetable peeler), but we made it work with what we had and otherwise it was perfect for our needs. Large smart TV was great to watch movies around in the evening. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

Summer Family Trip

Overall we had a very positive experience. Unfortunately the bed in the front room had a broken support and someone had used a hard plastic Folgers coffee can to support the right side of the bed near the headboard. This did not support the bed properly and my son said it felt like the bed was falling when he would roll over. The grill had not been cleaned by whoever used it last. Cleaning a dirty grill on vacation is not my idea of fun. Ended up going to Kickin Chicken which was amazing. There were a couple of lights that were burned out. Would recommend having more than one tiny bar of soap for people staying multiple days. We went to the Dollar General and bought some soap. Kitchen was fully equipped with all of the dishes, pots, pans, silverware, glasses, and mugs that you could need. The Keurig was wonderful as we were able to bring the coffee and teas that we normally enjoy. Furniture was very comfortable. Wi-fi and SMART TV made the rainy days better since we could stream and watch movies from multiple sources. Mudroom as you walk in worked great as we had muddy hiking boots each day. Overall a very nice condo that is well furnished and well stocked. We also used the fire pit to make SMORES and had a blast. The condo just needs some minor TLC and it would be perfect. We still had a blast and enjoyed the condo.
