This convenient and centrally-located unit is close to many restaurants and breweries, wineries, Wesleyan College art museum, Wadsworth mansion and waterfalls, adventurous trails for hiking, and a number of things to do within a short driving distance. The comfortable place consist of 2 separate bedrooms across from each other. There is no kitchen but there is a common area between the bedrooms that has a table with chairs, a refrigerator, coffee maker, and microwave. Free wifi and a private entrance on the 3rd floor. Great place for college parents, traveling nurses, business professionals, and short-term vacationers.

Amazing Vibe✨

This was definitely one of my favorite places to stay. The only downfall is there is no actual kitchen (stove, oven, toaster, etc) but it totally met my needs for the time I was there and I didn’t want to go home, ha! Aric was very kind and made himself available to help in any way. I would definitely recommend this cute little place!!

Great Space in a Great Place

Huge space for the price + central location + attention to detail = win. This property has two bedrooms with dividing walls in each that make it feel like 4 bedrooms. In addition, there's commons area with a nearly full sized fridge, (very nice) dinnerware, dining table and a decently sized bathroom. Like I said - ample size here. I actually loved the fact that it was three floors up - it felt like a tree house. If you have concerns about the stairs, fear not. They're well lit and easy to use according to my arthritic, 70+ year old aunt. The location is hard to beat. A block one way is the beautiful Wesleyan University campus. A block the other way is restaurants, Walgreens etc. The property owners are onsite and quite lovely. We were welcomed in person and then by attention to details once entering the rental. Personalized welcome note, bottled water in the fridge - even the Keurig was push-button ready. All in all - this is a great place run by great people. Will most definitely be back. Kudos.

Very nice experience

An excellent location that we found central to everything we wanted to do in the area. Within minutes of the university, restaurants, bars, breweries. The apartment was very clean, Aric does an excellent job and is very responsive. The accommodations are excellent for multiple people although it was just two of us. Would certainly go back again.

Wonderful stay!

This was just absolutely perfect! My friend and I attended a wedding at wadsworth mansion and were trying to figure out where to stay. It was 5 minutes from the venue. The property had plenty of space and was very comfortable! I can’t say enough good things. Thank you for hosting us!

Close to Wesleyan University

The property was close to Wesleyan which was perfect for us since we were touring the school. The 3 flights of steps were steep and the property is on a busy road but overall the property worked for us. We appreciated that it was very clean. We would stay there again!
