Lake Front w/ Dock, Hot Tub and Spectacular Views

This stunning recently renovated lake house is situated at the east end of Lake Arrowhead where you’ll enjoy sweeping lake views from nearly every room of the house. A short staircase walk gets you to your own private covered dock, which is equipped with comfortable lounge furniture. Pack a cooler and spend your day in the water using one of our provided lake toys or watching your children make sandcastles and wade in the water from the shoreline beach. After a long day in the sun you can prepare dinner in the chefs kitchen and dine al fresco on the balcony followed by a dip in the hot tub as you watch the sunset over the lake.

This 4 bedroom/3 bath house features a vast array of sleeping quarters spanned over three spacious floors of living space. The first floor boasts a private bedroom with a queen bed with and en suite bath with a large closet. Upstairs is home to a jack and jill bath connecting two bedrooms one with a king size bed where you can hit a button and the automatic shades will allow you to wake up to breathtaking lake views and a kid friendly, but adult trendy cabin bunk room that will easily sleep four. A special surprise lower-level media room that doubles as a bedroom with two pull-out murphy beds that are hidden in the wall along with an en suite bathroom which includes a tub.

Amenities are a plenty with a lake view hot tub, private dock & beach, a chef’s kitchen and outdoor gas BBQ grill, washer/dryer, high-speed internet access, a smart TV with complimentary access to an array of platforms including Disney+, Hulu, Netflix and HBOMax. We will also make your stay comfortable with complimentary coffee, luxurious bedding and bath towels, hair dryer, soap, shampoo and conditioner. We have a pack n’ play for any littles (big enough to sleep a toddler) and kid friendly games & books. We have a full welcome book guide that includes a list of recommended places to visit on the mountain along with suggested restaurants and activities for adults and children.
