There are 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. A garden with terrace, panoramic views of the water, a huge barbecue and a sauna make this house a paradise. After an afternoon of sailing, moor your own boat and walk from the deck to the beautiful terrace of your vacation home where you prepare the barbecue. The living room and kitchen are equipped with all amenities. The garden table with chairs and picnic table makes for a pleasant stay outdoors. The largest bathroom is modernly furnished and equipped with a large shower cabin and a bathtub.



This park is the ideal destination for guests of all ages. There are many recreational facilities available: you can use the subtropical swimming pool with water slide and separate children's pool for free. Next to the park there is a 9-hole golf course. Here you can also find the restaurant with a beautiful terrace overlooking the golf course. There is also a recreational beach, mini golf, tennis courts and various playgrounds.



From this vacation home you can cycle in a short time to the historic fortified town of Bourgange. Smeerling is only 3 km away and the characteristic farms and manor houses of Bellingwolde can be reached after 12 km.
