Private Pool opens for the season starting March 10! Our 12 bedroom home includes 11 king master bedrooms, a bunk room, queen pull out sofa and 4 twin beds for additional sleeping. The Bunkroom includes 2 queen bunk beds and 2 twin bunk beds- Sleeps 12! All king master bedrooms are equipped with flat screen TV's, dressers, hangers, extra pillows/blankets, and private bathroom. Each bedroom has a tub/shower combo with the exception of the 2nd bedroom on the main floor with a walk in shower and handheld shower head for ease of use.
There is one step going up from the driveway to the main level of the house, which has four master bedrooms & no stairs. However, there are stairs going to the upstairs and downstairs living areas and bedrooms.

The main floor has an open kitchen, dining area and sitting area, and patio seating off the back deck. The fully stocked kitchen makes cooking together easy and fun! The large dining table can seat 24 comfortably. 2 separate family rooms give so many options!! The upstairs game room complete with a pool table, air hockey, multiple game arcade, foosball and TV for your enjoyment. Downstairs has 4 king master bedrooms, gaming console, extra seating, a sectional around a large flat screen TV, fridge, laundry and patio door to back deck, spa and pool. There are two motion activated cameras on the back of the house monitoring the backyards for the safety of the property, the private pool and when the house is unoccupied. Loved this home! We held our family reunion in Branson at this home and loved how close it was to so many different activities we had planned. Plenty of space for our family, clean and well-stocked, and the pool was just the right temperature. Host was excellent at communicating with us and answering questions. Would definitely stay here again! And loved our time in Branson!

Nice place for a large group

The property is clean, the pool is nice, every bedroom has both a king sized bed a private bathroom. Of all the places we've stayed at family reunions over the years, this one was the favorite.

Great house! Perfect location for our golf group. The amenities from the kitchen, to the common rooms, to the pool and hot tub were exactly what we needed for our trip. Melissa was super accommodating and helpful. Will definitely come again to this spot when we do our next trip here.

This home is extremely clean, well laid out, and provides plenty of space. Unlike some places we have stayed with our family, this one had ample bathrooms, which really comes in handy when you have children with you. Communication was great, and the location was perfect.

Such an awesome house for a large family! Every one has their own space, but tons of options for being together. Best time ever!

Loved the house!

Perfect location and thoughtful floorplan

We enjoyed our stay and appreciated the cleanliness and location. The floorplan of the cabin was large with plenty of privacy and also large gathering places. Works well for church retreats or large families.

Best Stay Ever!

We had 34 family members together and couldn’t have been happier with the house and the pool! So much room and so many little things to make it like home! Extra blankets, games, pool toys, even bath products! And the pool was amazing! We would love to come back!

Wonderful place to stay

We had a retreat for our church pastoral staff and deacon board here. It was the perfect amount of space and the perfect location! We enjoyed the stay and have no complaints.

My name is Melissa, I am one of the property managers and owners of this beautiful Branson home.

We had our first family vacation in Branson in 2012 and we absolutely fell in love with the area. Since then we have been back to Branson multiple times with friends and family. We understand the importance of larger vacation homes for group gatherings and decided to build a few of our own to share with you.

We love coming to Branson for a multitude of reasons: shopping, hiking, dining out, taking in shows, Table Rock Lake, and going to Silver Dollar City (this is the kids' favorite part).

Throughout travels and our own gatherings, we have realized that we want to provide those same things that are most important to us when renting a space. We are so excited to share our home with you while you make precious memories. We take pride in making sure our guests have everything they need. We hope you enjoy your stay at our beloved home.

If you have a big group, this is the one for you! As owners, we understand big families, church retreats, sports and friend hangouts. There are two properties side by side and are ONE-OF-A-KIND! Because it is newly constructed we will continue to add amenities to make it the place you will call home every time you visit Branson, but watch out word is already spreading quickly on these gems.
