Escape to a private creekside stay at Campground Adventures, located on 36 scenic acres along Ischua Creek. This peaceful RV retreat offers the perfect balance of comfort and nature, just a short drive from Ellicottville and some of Western New York’s best outdoor destinations.

Whether you’re looking to relax by the fire, explore nearby parks, or enjoy time by the water, this is a simple and comfortable way to experience the outdoors without giving up essentials.

THE RV
Our 27ft Avenger camper is fully equipped and ideal for couples or small families.

-Sleeps up to 4 guests
-Queen-size memory foam bed
-Two twin bunk beds
-Full kitchen with fridge, stove, Keurig, and cookware
-Heat and air conditioning
-Bathroom with shower and flushable toilet
-Starlink WiFi (generally reliable, though speeds may vary)
-Pets are welcome to stay in this unit for an additional fee

OUTDOOR SPACE
Enjoy your own private setup surrounded by nature.

-Fire pit with seating
-Picnic table
-Propane grill
-Direct access to Ischua Creek for kayaking or fishing
-Firewood is available for purchase onsite. For safety and pest control, outside firewood is not permitted.

THE EXPERIENCE
This is a nature-focused stay. You’ll be surrounded by woods, wildlife, and the sounds of the creek. It’s common to see deer, rabbits, birds, and other wildlife throughout the property. Seasonal raspberries, blackberries, and wildflowers grow naturally around the campground.
Please note: this is a rural setting. Bug spray is recommended, and cell service may vary depending on your carrier.

Weekend getaway

Our family comprised of children and grandchildren went for the weekend. We had a wonderful time. We are looking forward to going again next year and staying much longer so that we can see much more than it has to offer!

Campground Adventures is a reflection of that journey—built with the goal of creating a welcoming, relaxing place where guests can disconnect, recharge, and enjoy nature. I’m hands-on with the property and take pride in making sure guests have a comfortable and memorable stay.

We’re just a short 12-minute drive from Cuba Lake and within easy reach of Allegany State Park and Letchworth State Park, making it an ideal location for guests who want both relaxation and access to outdoor activities.

It’s a quiet, natural setting that gives you space to unwind while still being close to everything you need.
