We LOVE the beach! We enjoy sharing our BEACH condo with our friends and family. We do that when we can’t be at the beach. We are a family partnership who all live in middle Tennessee and LOVE this property.

This property has amazing views. It’s an end unit so it’s very private with BEAUTIFUL sunsets. The balcony is large and accommodating for your group. The unit is almost 1950 SF and is one of the biggest condos we’ve ever seen. This unit has 2 King suites, one is gulf front.

This property is in a smaller boutique style condo building. Parking is across the street but access is easy using the skywalk. The property has an oceanfront pool, tiki bar and on-site gym.
