We ❤️ our Vrbo guests! This beach cottage is VERY popular for Spring Break and close to the vibrant & active Snowbird community here, so book early!

Welcome to Mojito Grande—where flip-flops are formal wear and the Gulf breeze is your soundtrack.

Forget the high-rise elevators and crowded parking lots. Mojito Grande is a private, island-inspired retreat in the heart of Miramar Beach. Reminiscent of a Caribbean getaway, our cheerful 3-bedroom cottage offers the perfect blend of "old Florida" charm and modern luxury.

・Prime Location: Only 160 steps (2-minute walk) to our private beach access.
・The Deck: Our favorite spot. Features flowing curtains, a swinging egg chair, a hammock, and a café table for sunset mojitos.

・Outdoor Oasis: Rinse off in the outdoor shower, then gather around the ground-level fire pit for s'mores.

⏤ HOUSE RULES & REQUIREMENTS (FIRM) ⏤

Agreement & ID: Primary renter (21+) must e-sign our agreement and provide ID within 24 hours.

Security Deposit: A $300 refundable hold is required.

No Pets/No Parties/No Smoking: To keep our home pristine for guests with allergies, these are strictly enforced.

No Glitter/Hair Dye: To protect our linens and your deposit!

We had an amazing stay. The location is perfect, quick stroll to the beach, walking distance to restaurants and shops. The house is clean and bright. Kitchen and bathrooms are fully stocked with necessities.

Absolutely wonderful stay! Our hosts were so great. I’ve stayed at a lot of vrbos and these were by far the best hosts we have ever had. Loved the location and the house felt so homey. Grateful for a wonderful family vacation! The house has everything we needed and more.

Great vacation

The property was amazing and it was a perfect fit for my family. I very much appreciated all of the beach equipment that was provided as well as the kitchen appliances and seasonings. All of our experiences were amazing!

Spring break getaway

We absolutely loved this property. It was a perfect getaway for us. I loved that the house was fully stocked with everything you needed to cook at home. Chuck was very responsive every time we had a question. We will be back!

Great spring break!

Chuck & Vicki has set the standard for best hosts! The property location is great, minutes away from Destin and Fort Worth and not a bad drive out to PCB if you’re up for an adventure. The guidebook these hosts created came in VERY handy throughout our stay - we really enjoyed the local dining recommendations and the “Things To Do” section. Everything exceeded our expectations and we definitely want to come back during the next trip to the Gulf!!

Awesome house and owners!

Overall the house was awesome, easy to get to and near everything. Only thing I wish it had more seating in the living room but the gigantic bean bag was pretty comfy, We loved our stay and already talked about rebooking!

Exactly what we needed

We were in Florida for a leadership meeting and needed a place to stay close by. This place was exactly what we needed. Everything was just right. Hosts were great! Highly recommend it!

Great neighborhood and location!

Very easy check in process and we enjoyed this house! Outside seating area on the balcony is the go to relax spot. Storage building was nice to have and parking could fit 3 cars and a golf cart if needed. Can’t beat the location in between pompano and whales tail. We will be back!

Awesome Beach House

The house has everything needed for a very pleasurable stay. The kitchen has updated appliances and everything needed to prep, cook, and/or bake. The towels and bedding are clean and comfortable. I appreciated the ample private parking. The neighborhood was quiet and family friendly with beach access just a very short walk away. Would love to return again!

Great for kids!

We spent three nights at this lovely home and it was absolutely wonderful. Not all places are actually kid-friendly but this house was excellent for us. We had four adults, a three year old, and a two year old. It wasn’t too far of a walk to the beach for any of us, including the kids, and we were able to go back and forth as needed. Overall a wonderful weekend away and very thankful for the opportunity to stay here!

Our First Home Rental Experience A++++

We had the absolute BEST time staying at this home! This was the first time we ever rented a VRBO. I was very hesitant because I can be a hotel snob, but this home and the owners exceeded my expectations!! The home was spotless, it had every amenity plus extras to get us through our first night with out needing to go to the grocery store as soon as we arrived. The location was perfect!! Walkable to the beach! The owners were very responsive! I can’t say enough good things about our stay. Thank you!!

Great Place To Stay For A Relaxing Getaway!

I want to start out by saying the hosts were amazing! They are prompt with responses, are very accommodating, and makes the process so smooth. We had a last minute booking, and the process was smoother than butter! Now onto the house. The house is beautiful!! My family and I loved it, from the cute decor to the variety of bright, beachy colors. The house definitely embodied the beach house vibe, and the added comforts were a sweet addition! The house was very well kept, extremely clean and well stocked. We went out and bought groceries, but the hosts have every pot, pan, and utensil that you’ll need. Several amenities, so don’t pack too heavy! The location is close to the beach, and there are so many things in the shed that are useful if you are coming with littles! The house is very accommodating for families. I would definitely stay again if I visit Destin again! We enjoyed our stay!

Great Location, Perfect Size for Small Family

We had a great time. This is a really good size place for a family of 4. Our boys really loved the hammocks. This is a great location in Frangista Beach. It's walking distance to all our favorites. With services like Shipt and Instacart to handle our groceries, we didn't need a car all week. The kitchen was one of the better stocked ones we've been in, and we have stayed at several rentals in Frangista Beach. The beds were comfy and the neighborhood is nice and quiet. We slept great. Our only suggestion is better furniture in the living room. We like to enjoy a movie as we wind down for the night. We made do, but could have used more couch space. That's being nit-picky.

MOJITO GRANDE was such a unique home in a great community, we recognized it as a diamond in the rough. With some elbow grease and effort, we turned it into a cozy beach cottage reminiscent of one from a long stay in the Dominican Republic many years ago.

Being so close to the beach means no worries with loading up the car, driving to it, searching for parking, then repeating the whole process when leaving.

Want to go to the beach? Just walk out of MOJITO GRANDE's front door and take a 2 minute stroll to the end of the block and another 1 minute to the access point and you are there! MOJITO GRANDE is only 200 steps from the sand!
