While we are glad you chose to stay with us, we are genuinely sorry that certain aspects of the property and the mountain conditions fell short of your expectations. We understand how frustrating it is when slope access is limited; unfortunately, trail openings are managed by the resort based on safety and snowfall, though we realize this impacted your convenience. Regarding the interior, we truly appreciate your specific feedback about the kitchen inventory and the lack of a dresser in the master bedroom. We are currently reviewing our storage options and kitchen supplies—including adding a colander and larger dinnerware—to ensure a more comfortable experience for future stays. We hope to have the chance to host you again under better skiing conditions and with an improved guest experience.

Thank you for taking the time to share such detailed feedback. We’re truly sorry that your experience did not meet expectations, especially regarding the pullout sofa bedding on your first night. That should never have been overlooked, and we understand how frustrating and inconvenient it must have been to be unable to use the bed after a long day of travel. While we’re glad the situation was corrected the following day, we sincerely regret that it impacted your first evening. We also apologize for the confusion surrounding the ski-in access and the difficulty obtaining the correct code. Clear communication is essential, and we’re sorry we fell short in that moment. Your comments about the kitchen items are equally concerning. Worn cookware and any unclean serving dishes are not acceptable, and we will be reviewing and replacing those items immediately to ensure they meet proper safety and cleanliness standards. We do appreciate you noting that the rest of the unit was clean and well equipped, but we fully acknowledge that attention to detail and responsiveness are critical parts of the guest experience. Your feedback has been taken seriously and will be used to improve our processes moving forward. Thank you again for bringing these matters to our attention.
