Designed for ultimate guest comfort, this desert oasis features a fully enclosed yard offering luxe outdoor living with a sparkling private pool, a practice putting green, and an impressive al fresco dining area complete with a huge gas grill and outdoor seating. In the evenings, relax by the wood-burning outdoor fireplace while the stars come out. A laid-back sofa lounge on the front patio offers a casual spot for morning coffee.

Bright and spacious, the open living area offers plenty of space for comfortable group gatherings. A centerpiece for in-home entertaining, the deluxe chef's kitchen features sparkling counters, backsplash, and a sleek array of gourmet appliances including a five-burner gas range and dishwasher for easy cleanup. There's breakfast bar seating for and a wraparound, eat-in nook plus formal dining room seating for eight. For happy hour convenience, a fully equipped wet bar includes a sink, wine fridge, and an assortment of glasses for any libation. Settle-in for family fun around the. living room sofa while streaming shows and movies on the smart TV. A dedicated home study offers a quiet place for reading or work-from-home needs.

Primary guests will enjoy access to a walk-in closet and a private en suite complete with a separate shower, soaking tub, and water closet. The second guest room also includes a private en suite. A third, full bathroom is shared between the remaining bedrooms and a half-bath is located down the hall from the kitchen for household convenience.

Security camera details: There is one camera at the front of the home which oversees the front yard and driveway areas.
1 day notification is required in order to heat the pool and pool spa. A fee of USD 100 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool and pool spa heat for your stay.


Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
