A really lovely, spacious house, very clean and well equipped. The big bonus for us was the large balcony with stunning views across St George’s and amazing sunsets to enjoy from the outdoor sofa. Jane was a great host - very helpful and thoughtful. Unless you are super fit you would need a car here as the house is up a very steep hill. But it is only a short drive to beaches, restaurants and supermarkets.

Jane the property manager was my hit most thoughtful, helpful and best host I have ever had the pleasure of staying with. Shake went mouth of her wait to find us a way to get a grocery order on time for our stay, a catering order for Boxing Day when everything was closed and even her local recommendations were always on point. So grateful for her hospitality that made thanks beautiful house and stay even more enjoyable

This was without a doubt, one of the best accomodations we've ever had. My wife and I love privacy and the Bellevue house did no disappoint. The attention to detail, stunning design, and incredible amenities made our trip special. The place was impeccably clean and had so many thoughtful touches that made it feel like a home away from home. The host ( Jane ) went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and the location was perfect for exploring the city. Highly recommend! We can't wait to come back.

What an absolute gem!

We are so glad we found this place for our stay in Grenada. Jane was so welcoming and accommodating from the very first second she met us. She made us feel right at home and made sure to check in on us throughout the trip to ensure we had everything we need. She helped with our transpiration and provided some great local recommendations too. As for the space itself, the photos don’t do it justice. The view from the balcony is breathtaking. The house is spacious and has everything you might need during your stay. We were so grateful to have found this place as it made our time on the island that much better. Highly recommend!

Lovely private home with amazing views of the ocean

We spent a week in Grenada as a family at this beautiful and spacious home. Carol was extremely helpful and communicative before, during and after our stay. The house had pretty much everything we needed and the kitchen was well stocked with tools and essential supplies for cooking.All the bedrooms and the central living area have their own cooling units which made for a very comfortable stay. Each bedroom has access to the balcony and an awesome view of the ocean and some of the port activity at St George’s (cruise ships, etc)Know that the house is at the top of a steep hill off the main road between Grand Anse and St George’s. Make sure you have a means of getting around since it is a decent hike to get to points of interest by foot. It made for a great home away from home. Made a lot of memories with the kids! Great ,Well designed house

We were a family of 6 staying for 10nights and we thoroughly enjoyed the time at Bellevue. It had everything we could want for our stay ,most importantly for us English , Air Conditioning ! Your own transport is beneficial but not essential as a walk (downhill) for 5 mins gets you to the main Grand Anse road and the ever present local buses. Jane was an excellent host who was always available, quick to answer any queries and a very pleasant person to meet. Thank you Jane and Grenada!! Highly recommended .

Beautiful Island, beautiful people, and amazing property!

My family of four (two teenagers) spent an amazing 10 nights at Bellevue House in Grenada. The host Jane met us upon arrival and showed us around the house. Jane was available throughout the week if necessary and helped arrange taxi service and give recommendations for dinner etc. The house sits high up on a hill with a stunning view of the Caribbean Sea and St. George's. Very spacious and we loved hanging out at the house in the evenings after a day out on the island. Very convenient to both Grand Anse Beach and St. George's, which we walked to, but also took the public bus right down the road. There's also an even closer beach named Pandy Beach with good snorkeling very close to shore. We met so many friendly neighbors, a few of whom gave us coconuts and oranges or just stopped to talk. Overall, a fabulous vacation and we hope to return soon.

I had the privilege of experiencing a slice of paradise during my stay at this remarkable hilltop property in Grenada, and it completely exceeded all expectations. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted by an awe-inspiring view that graced me with breathtaking panoramic vistas every single morning. It's essential to note that this view, unlike any other, comes at the cost of a trek up two steep hills to reach the property. This journey is not for the faint of heart, which is why I wholeheartedly recommend arranging transportation in advance to make the ascent comfortably. The host of this property epitomizes hospitality at its finest. Not only did she cater to our every need, such as stocking the fridge with the requested groceries and promptly providing a blender for my daughter's pasta sauce, but she also orchestrated seamless transportation arrangements for our adventures around Grenada. In a heartwarming twist, our stay took an unexpected turn when my sister fell ill. With incredible kindness, the host permitted us to host a memorable Christmas dinner, allowing family members to join us at the property. It transformed our holiday into something truly extraordinary. The house itself was an oasis of spaciousness, impeccably clean, and exuded a welcoming charm that instantly felt like a home away from home. For anyone seeking a truly unforgettable and rejuvenating escape, I wholeheartedly endorse this hilltop property.

Beautiful modern house with view

We enjoyed tremendously staying at the house. We are a family of five and were very confortable all week. The view is stunning, location convenient to visit everything, the house is modern and everything clean and functional. Communication with the host was easy. Highly recommended!

Perfect holiday rental

We could not be happier with our choice of house for this holiday as everything about it and the host exceeded our expectations. The house itself is huge, modern and enjoys the most breathtaking views of the sea, and it’s situated in a quiet safe neighbourhood. Jane was the most amazing host and I cannot praise her enough for her communication and support throughout our stay. All in all I would rate this the best holiday rental I have experienced

Bellevue House is a high quality property at a very reasonable price. It sits on top of a steep hill at the top of a steep driveway allowing for the amazing views but it a challenge to walk up if you are not in shape (car rental highly recommended but we managed with taxis). It is secluded, secure, CLEAN, modern, and fully stocked. My group loved staying here. There are ac units in the bedrooms but only fans for the living room for the time being so it can get a bit warm in there. The place is beautifully furnished and decorated. Our host Jane was AMAZING! She organized airport transportation, had snacks and drinks stocked upon arrival, and was always available for quick communication. She is great! Absolutely recommend staying here (great location off the main road for Spice Mas!)

Great Stay Great House

We worked remotely from the location and sat on the very large balcony overlooking the water...wifi worked great ...tranquil...safe... and for us it was perfectly located (we had a car - it helps)..beaches restaurants and bars nearby but a car is great for getting around quickly. HIGHLY recommend! We will come back. Thank you to our host for a perfect stay. A+

A great house with a perfect view!

Our family of 4 just returned from our 1st trip to Grenada. It was fabulous! Our daughter will begin SGU’s Veterinary program in August, and we wanted a “home base” from which to explore the island. Bellevue house was the perfect fit. The 3 bedrooms are well air conditioned. The WiFi signal was strong throughout the house and on the patio, which kept both kids happy. We had everything we needed; soaps, detergents, paper products, beach towels and chairs, as well as a welcome basket of snacks and drinks. Jane, the property manager, was absolutely great to work with. She was quick to respond to questions through VRBO. Once we arrived, she helped us get settled in, then checked on us a few times through WhatsApp. I really appreciated that as a first time visitor, and she made us feel like we were staying with a friend. Our favorite feature of Bellevue house was the outdoor patio with its fantastic view of the harbor. It is even more beautiful than the pictures! Every morning I enjoyed french press coffee on the patio, watching the boats come and go and the clouds drifting over the mountains. Every evening, we sat on the patio by candlelight; enjoying the breezes and talking about the day’s adventures over drinks. The location is perfect since it is just up the hill from the main road. It is high enough up that it is a quiet retreat, yet it was only a short drive to our favorite beaches and restaurants. We will definitely rent Bellevue house again in the future. Thanks Jane! :)

Wonderful!

We spent 10 days wonderful days in this superb villa. It's exactly as advertised, very clean. The vire is amazing! Jane is a lovely person, slways ready to help to make our stay memorable. I recommend this rental with syes closed. You will be won over, just like we were!

Oh what a view!

This is a large beautiful house on a hill overlookking the Caribbean. We stayed there for five weeks and recommend it highly. Very central location on the Grand Anse road made it most handy for us to travel to different locations on the island that we like to visit and hang out at with our Grenadian friends. Jane who is the property manager was the perfect hostess! Be sure to bring binoculars for the view. We wish we had!
