Cancelled, attempted munnipulation

The host cancelled the stay 4 days before the reservation refunded me a portion of the money i paid and then told me to cancel the reservation in an attempt to get my money back. (even though cancelling the reservation close to the reserved date makes you refund the money you spend) It took two calls to customer support and hours on the phone to get my money back. never book with this person.

Extra beds

The home was fine for what I needed it for- basically a couple extra beds for people visiting. Very hot when arrived and took hours to cool off (but it was unbearably hot day). Main areas of house clean enough but entryway clearly not cleaned in some time. Kitchen very lacking in supplies and broken cabinet door made getting anything difficult. Fridge very clean. Couch had tears in the material. Outdoor space was not really useable bc of other tenants and their stuff.
